Ok the title is as such because those are the things my questions are about. So if anyone has any input, please let me know, as it would help me out :)

1) I've read that you should jelq by moving the hand up in an OK grip, and once it reaches the tip start with the other hand. My skin really moves when that happens, so I've tried holding back the skin with one hand while jelqing with the other, and switching every once in a while. Is either way better than the other? When I hold back the skin, it seems like more blood is forced through, as the head gets larger than when I use the other method.

2) I am fine for about 150 jelqs, but getting to 300 seems to take longer and longer. I lose my partial erection quicker as I go on. Is this something that gets better with practice, or am I doing something wrong? I would guess that my PC isn't strong enough yet, and I am doing what I can to strengthen it every day.

3) I remember reading about LOT. Unfortunately for me, the tugback stopped at around the 7 or 6 position (almost straight down). So if I remember correctly, that means that stretching downward won't help me as much as someone who's LOT was about 10-11 correct? So, what should I be doing to stretch , as I feel thats important. I have kind of lost the feeling that the ligs were being stretched recently. I used to get a nice "worked out" feeling, but not its nothing really.

Any comments, advice? Thanks.

Bro, i would suggest you become a member of the pay site and download all the videos of how to do the exercizes. It will answer all your questions.

I know how to do the exercises, I've been reading and kind of lurking around this site and other pe forums for a bit. My questions weren't really related to that part of it. I do plan on at least donating when I have some money to do so though.
