Can you go into a little more detail? Do you simply mean that when you are hanging ...it seems like the blood flow is slowed down quite a bit? If so that is normal. What are you hanging with hanger wise? Just curious. Slowed blood flow is normal because ....think about it...youre clamping a hanger onto your penis and mashing the internal structures with the hanger ...this slows the blood flow. As long as there is not a total cut off of the blood flow...you should be fine. A little darkening of the glans is normal as well. So is a slight coolness in temperature of the glans. As long as the glans is not ice cold, numb, tingly like it is going numb, very light or near white in color...or, extremely dark or black in color you are fine. This is another reason why it is recommended not to hang for longer than 15-20 minutes at time before a break.

Every thing you have described above as "normal" i have felt, a SLIGHT coldness, darkening and thats about it. Im using the device of a site red showed me( the site is in my progress post).

Another question i would like to ask SWM is that it... i do say 10mins hanging every hour for say four hours, id like to know is this normal or are the breaks to long?

Why do you feel like you need 50 minutes off for every 10 minutes of hanging ??? Cant you hang longer than 10 minutes at a time? If not that's ok. Just try to increase the time to 15 or 20 minutes at a time at most. Dont rush into it though. Instead, try hanging for 10 or 15, then take a 5 minute break...do a little massaging to get blood flow back then, hang again for another 10 or 15 minutes and do as many sets as you feel comfortable with or until you reach fatigue and cannot hang any more that day. Thats' the best way as far as I'm concerned.

Would hanging a 10lb weight for 10 minutes be better than hanging a 5lb weight for 20 minutes? Oooooooh! No seriously.

In a recent PM from Bib he explained it to me this way punky. To reach fatigue you have to hang wieght until you simply can not hang that weight anymore comfortably. Then you should drop weight slightly and continue hanging less weight.

Currently I have to hang 3-5 sets with 15 lbs weight to reach fatigue. Then I drop to 12-13 lbs and do 3-4 sets. Then down to 10-11 pounds and finish for the day.

Also according to Bib you should never hang just up to the point of fatigue. Growth actually comes after fatigue is reached.

Hanging is only a suppliment to NPenis Enlargement. I still do stretches and other NPenis Enlargement all during the day, but in my opinion hanging should be done either once or twice a day to the point of fatigue and beyond. If you are not reaching fatigue.... it will take LONGER to see the results you are after.

Make sure that you pull the skin back toward the base . I do this after i put the wrap on. Hold the wrap only at the front end and pull the excess skin toward the base with the other hand. Nothing worse than trying to hang and stretching skin too much. If i don't pull skin back then immediately after starting to hang i feel a stinging in the skin. I stop then and reattach the weight better. When I feel fatigue, its not just skin soreness, you will feel that you simply can NOT hang any longer (thats the way Bib explained it to me anyways). Then I drop some weight and continue hanging .

That's right, I pull out by my head when securing the hanger , then I go under and hold my skin/balls back to where is doesn't get caught up in the hanger . All set!
