That's right, I pull out by my head when securing the hanger , then I go under and hold my skin/balls back to where is doesn't get caught up in the hanger . All set!Originally posted by C-Guy
Make sure that you pull the skin back toward the base . I do this after i put the wrap on. Hold the wrap only at the front end and pull the excess skin toward the base with the other hand. Nothing worse than trying to hang and stretching skin too much. If i don't pull skin back then immediately after starting to hang i feel a stinging in the skin. I stop then and reattach the weight better. When I feel fatigue, its not just skin soreness, you will feel that you simply can NOT hang any longer (thats the way Bib explained it to me anyways). Then I drop some weight and continue hanging.
