No reason to even reply to someone with this type of attitude. I can completely understand men being frustrated with a lack of gains, fine, come to us for help and will freely help, but do not come out swinging making allegations that are simply no true. I will always give a Brother 3 tries but this man is not built for the Brotherhood and he can find another place to spew his accusations.

Something I haven't appreciated until recently - especially men accumulate excess iron over the years - women do too, but start later on usually 50+

And high iron could have an impact on your erection as well, since high iron can do a lot of damage it is a pro-oxidant.
I'm currently working on lowering my ferritin to the ideal ranges.

Pretty much. It's a hassle checking your nutrition daily, but after you do it for maybe 2-3 weeks you understand the nutrition in food and can estimate amounts of whatever. It's what I've done and always make sure to get certain vegetables that I know are sufficient for me in vitamins and other minerals and I know i don't go overboard either. I like to fast too if I'm feeling I've had too much of something vitamin wise to let it ease into the body. But if you're going to fast make sure you're not doing it on and off so much because it could make your stomach acid react badly.

With fatigue there will always be some temporary shrinkage
