Power Assist Deliveries - Please Read

Hi Folks,

If you recently ordered a Starter Package containing a power assist or a power assist by itself we are experiencing delays do to a recent defective batch that came in. We are expecting a new batch to come in this week and as soon as they arrive and begin shipping I will update this thread.

I apologize for the delay and we try to email everyone but some emails seem to be getting caught in spam filters and people are not receiving them.

We appreciate your patience and please check this thread to get the latest status on shipping.

DVDs and TiTan deliveries are shipping regularly as usual.

DVDs are still shipping, the Power Assists will ship out early next week. They are ready and I have to pick them up Monday and prepare them for shipping.

If the DVD's are shipping why haven't I received mine I ordered it and the power assist in August and the email from MOS support said both shipped on 8/20/07 ????? I don't understand?

Delta, send me a PM with your address. I will make sure LIGHTNING includes a DVD.
 
New batch of Power Assists came in today. They will be prepped and start shipping tomorrow.

Can you give me the status on a Power Assist order originally processed under Package ID 9101148008600335566008? I placed my order on August 24th. Did it ship Tuesday? It's been a long time, man. What's up?
 
same here i havent recieved my confirmation email, i didnt get a tracking number either the first time on the 21st of august when i was told it was despatched. they started shipping them on friday i think well that was what i was told but i still dont have a confirmation or tracking number?
 
I also did not receive mine and your secretary mistyped my delivery address on my confirmation e-mail! You should always make sure you get the delivery address correct. What is going on here. I did get my first shipment of pills (which I paid for with a separate ($39.99) with the correct address. The charge was made August 06, 2007. I haven't even received a tracking number either so the item was probably not even shipped. You answering service is also full and you never pick up the line. This is not the way to do business. I demand a refund by the end of this week.
 
DLD, you have great products but please don't ruin your business with poor customer service. If they are not available, you should take the listing off-line or post that they are not available so that there will not be any delayed orders. I hate to demand a full refund but I do this to all products I order that doesn't ship within the 2 month period.

what annoy me is we keep getting told there being sent tomorrow and then not recieving any confirmation. shit like this can destroy your business, i mean dld dont get me wrong enough respect for what youve achieved with mos but customer service lets it right down i agree
 
I agree 100% with christiantwbath. As great as your products and resources are, you've got to tighten up your communication, customer service, and process for charging and delivering merchandise. It's simply bad business to take money from people and have them waiting for month or more for their stuff.

If you're that busy, then you need to consider hiring more staff to handle the workload. You've got to do better than this.

As for my original order of a Power Assist under Package ID number 9101148008600335566008, I want another confirmation tracking number as well as an email of verification that the Power Assist is being sent to the correct address! You've had more than enough time to deal with this problem. Make it happen and get my order shipped!

With as much time as you've had, you ought to be shipping my order, as well as your other customers who've waited far too long via USPS Express Mail or FedEx! I don't think that's an unreasonable request at this point. You've got to step up and do some customer service recovery. It'll go a long way in preserving your business as well as your reputation.
 
Wasn't this thread set up for the purpose of communication and keeping everyone updated? Then why haven't I seen any updates after multiple postings? This is ridiculous! I demand an answer from you today! If I don't hear anything, you can be assured that I'll be calling the Better Business Bureau as well as my attorney! Count on it!
 
I know their has been a lot of problems over the last couple or weeks, I'm sure everybody will get their power assists.
 
Pandora. What assurance can you give if we can't even hear from the man himself on the status of our orders? I haven't been given a tracking number, email notification or anything. I did the first time my order for a Power Assist was supposedly ready to ship. Why would the delivery process change with the new batch that's been set to ship for over a week now? That's not good business.
 
I can 100% guarantee you will get it, how much assurance is that. Their just having problems at the moment.
