Just a question, I have very little fat pad (im 6'3 190 lbs) so measuring BP seems to be most effective, wondering what you guys think. My current stats are in my sig.

If DLD and many others can make huge gains from manual stretching , then there's no reason why you couldn't too.
I'm sure hanging has it's advantages. I still want to get a Bib hanger for myself just to have it. I'd like to get into it mostly 'cause I'm lazy, plus the hanger can last a lot longer than my hands and arms. I think my right forearm is slightly bigger now because of all the manual stretching I do. Sure, I change hands from time to time, but not enough, it seems.
Hey, I just had this idea. Does anyone think a PowerJelq device - if modified properly - could be turned into a hanger ? I think it could work! In fact, I'm gonna go get my PJ and see what I can do. Like, if I could find a way to keep the PJ's handles closed tightly, I can hang it off my cock using the foam rollers anchored right behind my glans! Attach weights to it and presto! I think it could be used as a low-weight hanger .
What does the forum think of that?? I don't know if anyone has already thought of this or done it, but it's new to me, man. I just thought of it right now. I really think it could work.
