Why the concern with blood flow? Why do you folks think you need to increase the blood flow to your dick in order to make it bigger?

Poor blood flow can be a real problem, especially in men with erectile dysfunction. But is it really that big a problem here for guys trying to make their dicks bigger? How do you know it's the cause of your troubles? How do you know increasing it will help?

Also, the "solutions" to this supposed blood flow problem tend to concentrate on skin massage with oils or Tantric techniques. These things may temporarily increase surface (skin) blood flow, but based on the physiology I have studied I don't see how they can make any changes in your internal arteries or veins.
 
for bloodflow i recommend taking a daily dosage of ginseng to keep overall body bloodflow goin :)
 
L-Arginine is supposed to help with blood flow as well as ejaculate quantity, I've read.

I found a pretty good write up by Stillwantsmore from a few months ago.

"The Ring of Power" will fix this completley.
 
I agree with Supra. The ring of power should help in this department. Another supplement that helps with this is Ginko. Also improves mental sharpness. May help some of us "old" folks. Although, when you are going to live to be 120, 60 is middle aged and I am no where near that, lol.

As far as all the supplements thus mentioned I totally agree, as I take all of them, but you really only get a mild effect from them if your arteries that supply blood throughout the body and penis are packed with plague buildup! This can be caused from smoking, a high cholesterol diet, and poor fitness. So to get the best from the supplements that have been mentioned:

1. Don't smoke

2. Eat healthy

3. Exercise is very vital, especially in the leg area, as the arteries in this area supply blood to the penis area ( i think i'm correct in saying that?) I think Waxn posted something a couple months ago about the benefits of exercising the leg muscles(squats etc.) He would be the one to ask on what his ideas are about such exercises, as he has a vast knowledge of weight training.

4. Oh, and don't forget the PC muscle, you need a strong and healthy PC to pump that blood in there!

I know that by doing all these things, takes allot of time and effort, when you consider the exercises and all the other aspects of Penis Enlargement, but if you look at athletes that train for the Olympics, they do not leave any stone unturned! They do all that is possible and more, so as to give them the best advantage possible, and to perform at there very best and to push their bodies to the limit! To cut corners would mean defeat!

Totally right bro. WaxN had a great point, I also read a book called Grow Young with HGH by Dr. Ronald Klatz. I am sure many of you are familiar with it. It even talkes about penis enlargement when I read that I was freaken out. He talkes about how squats and leg presses really open up those artieries in the legs and to the penis.

The blood vessels that feed the thigh muscles go right to the penile artery. This may be one of the reasons that his own penis has enlarged. Supra, with all of your pe equipment, you could fill a backpack and do squats with it on your back! That should be a good weight to work them legs!!LMAO
