Yep actually saying that a black man was killed by a cop sounds like certain people can be more likely to get an attack, But my question was more like did the cop act right?, But as you wrote above he didn't..
NO that cop is a criminal. He took the justice department in his hands and publicly executed a citizen in front of the cameras by torture. That is a savage act and the guy deserves nothing less than death penalty. But that would be too easy. If you put him for life in prison with general population will be worst than death penalty.
The reason why there is universal consensus and anger about this case is because is something that can happen to any of us. Anybody who catches a cop like that on a bad day, you can say a word or a phrase he doesnt like, and you will simply never show up alive again. He can write whatever the fuck he wants on his report, nobody ill ever know the truth. And how do we know other cases have happened like that before in the first place which we never saw of knew about.
This is NOT a racial case. Again, that cop in his own psychopath twisted disturbed mind might be racist easily, but that is irrelevant in this case. The problem here is the disgusting murder. Public execution. This case is WAYYY completely different far away from any other case we have seen before.
I have heard people again trying to link this to racism and other cases like Trevon Martin, the guy in NY that couldn't breath, etc. IT IS NOT THE SAME. COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. What is the difference to all other cases?? ALL those other cases, was an altercation with the police in which the guy was resisting arrest, or trying to grab the officers gun, or in the case of Trevon Martin he was beating the crap out of that guy on the floor when the guy pulled his gun. It was all related to an altercation in which the victim died in the process.
This case is completely different. In this case the altercation was over. The guy was already handcuffed, on his belly, useless. Not a risk anymore for anybody. When you're on the floor face down hands behind handcuffed there is NOTHING you can do. You can just roll like a worm completely useless. There was ABSOLUTELY no reason for this guy to keep BOTH his knees on top of him for 10 minutes. One knee on his neck cutting his blood supply, the other knee on his back cutting his air supply. He was just slowly and painfully torturing him to death.
When I saw the video, I felt a strange sensation. I felt like if I was there seeing it and I wanted to jump out of my seat onto that cop. Just jump fast hard all in with one knee to his face and knock him out cold and save the victim. If I was there in person I would have a VERY hard time controlling myself just watching and filming.
