I was thinking about PNF stretching and Penis Enlargement. I started doing PNF stretching with many of the stretches I was doing. Then I did a search on this here at MOS and found out it had already been discussed here. I would like to bring this back to light, because I believe this type of stretching can really make a difference in your Penis Enlargement stretching workouts and gains.

Here is how it’s done. You can apply this technique to any Penis Enlargement stretch you would like.
First we all know to warm up. Do a stretch , at 100% hold for 10 seconds, and then do an isometric contraction. ( a kegal or reverse kegal depending on if you’re stretching above your LOT or below your LOT). IF you are stretching above your LOT do a kegal, If your stretching below your LOT do a reverse kegal. Hold the isometric contraction for 7 to 14 seconds. Then release the isometric contraction, at the same time release the tension on your stretch about halfway or more. Wait 2 to 3 seconds, then go right back to a full stretch , without an isometric contraction. Hold that for 10 seconds or so, or you can do JAI stretches of 10 reps. To substitute the 10 second hold.

PNF stretching revised. PNF stretching involves Isometrics (doing a kegal or a reverse kegal). How this works? To be most effective in Penis Enlargement when stretching at your LOT or above your LOT you should do a kegal. When stretching below your LOT you should do a reverse kegal. While doing a stretch many of the normally resting fibers are being stretched, now while doing a stretch with a kegal or reverse kegal the already stretched fibers will stretch even further. When the isometric contraction is relaxed, and the stretched fibers return to there normally resting length . The fibers would keep their ability to stretch beyond their initial maximum. You would essentially have increased stretching ability.
The reason why the fibers are able to stretch beyond their normal limit is because when you are already in a stretched position and you do and isometric contraction, your brain tells the tissue to contract. When the tissue contracts in a stretched position the tissue has no choice but to stretch even further in order for it to contract. For example when you stretch above your LOT and do a PC flex you will have a tugback, if you do a strong firm stretch your glans should stay in the same position when the tugback happens. Forcing you to have an increased ability to stretch . When you release the PC flex and release the tension of the stretch at the same time, your fibers will remember where they have been. Then after 2 seconds you stretch hard again, with no isometric contraction. You will stretch those fibers back to there memory. This allows the fibers to become accustomed to an even further lengthened position. Resulting in length gains. I don’t believe this type of stretching will exhaust your PC muscle alone, but you can in one workout exhaust your ligs and tunica in the same session.

I have been toying around with this type of stretching for a week or so. Last night I was measuring my BPFSL and to my surprise I had an extra 1/8 of an inch than normal. I believe this type of stretching caused this length gain! Feedback please on others who have tried this type of stretching with their Penis Enlargement.

Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation. Its a stretching technique many advanced athletes use for some serious flexibility. In the above post I tried to describe it in as easy of terms I could think of, when relating it to Penis Enlargement.

Crazy,
real good thread and explanation....the reverse kegel is probably the best description for Penis Enlargement you can pick.... I think DLD's 110 pulse stretch is a variation of what your thinking of. I like to do a variation in an A-stretch either regular or when I am really stretched well in a bundled stretch and do clockwise rotations and reverse kegel at 12 o'clock and kegel at 6 o'clock...

thanks man. I believe you can incorporate this stretching technique (PNF) in almost all Penis Enlargement stretches . Whether you are stretching SO, at 12 o'clock, straight down, A-stretch , V-stretch , to the side, rotary cranks really too many to list. The DLD blasters do use this technique except for one thing, correct me if I'm wrong. The difference is after the PC contraction, you release the stretch too, you completely relax everything. Then wait 2 to 3 seconds and go right back to the full stretching position. What happens is when you do a stretch and a PC contraction together you are essentially stretching beyond your initial maximum. Then when you relax everything, and wait 2 to 3 seconds your tissue remembers where it has been. Then during the final part the full stretch without a PC flex you are stretching the tissue past its initial maximum without assistance of any kind. Now being able to stretch over 100% will be normal for the tissue, resulting in a new maximum. Hope this makes sense.

I'm putting together a stretching routine using this technique, I would like to have some individuals on here try it for a couple of weeks to see what the results would be. I know for a fact doing this technique has increased my ability to stretch . You also become fatigued faster while doing PNF. I've never felt this intense of a stretch burn, just doing stretches will give you a burn, incorporating PNF with your stretches will give you a crazy type of burn, you would want to take it slow the first few times using PNF with Penis Enlargement. It is extremely intense, and taxes, the Ligs and the tunica like I've really never felt. Now some of you hangers might have felt burns this intense. I'll have the routine up probably tomorrow for those who want to try PNF stretching with Penis Enlargement. If you don't man I'm telling you your missing out on some awesome stretching .
