I have been doing the Fulcrum A-stretch (Bundled ) but without feeling too much penile stress. However, the last combination I have made the last week make me feel a lot. What I do is the following:

200 Fulcrum A-stretch followed by 50 or so Bundled Fulcrum A-stretch . I get a strong stress feeling close to the base when I do the bundled stretch . DLD, could you repeat this combination and then tell me if it is the ligs that I feel or the tunica? I hope it is the latter. The feeling is quite strong, I fear to pull for king and country as it feels as if the dick would come off (really, I am not kidding). Is there any risk to pull as much as you can or could some injury occur because of this?

Thanks.

I pull with everything I can muster up and haven't pulled it off. This comes with experience. You can however feel it move sometimes with a lot of muscle behind it. Just listen to your body, Pain is a good indicator. If you went to far it will let you know, if you do get pain, ease up and take it easy for a day or two. You can't expect to gain if you don't push it a little, otherwise your doing maintenance. As far as feeling it in the base, you are hitting the ligs, if you feel it along the shaft, towards the head you are hitting the tunicae. Unless you have a genetic flaw or are superman, it's highly unlikely you would pull it off. Yes you can injure yourself, just do what you feel comfortable with. As far as your routine it looks good. You should go far.

When I said the base I really meant the first 1-2 inches of the base, counting from the pad. That would indicate the tunica, right? I sure hope that I can get the final 2" this way to reach the goal of 12".

Thanks for taking the time to respond.

Whether or not you could injure yourself depends on your level of strength. Having been a serious lifter, who still has a strong upper body, I do not pull with all I have. In fact, I recently injured myself pulling about 90% (with rubber glove-assisted grip).
Be very, very careful (if you are physically strong). I'm not saying that tearing a lig is easy or common, but it's not impossible - and I'm sure that would be 1 awful injury.
As has been said, go by feel. And ease into your pulls.
As tough as the connective tissue feels, it ain't steel cable.

I do a 5-sec kegel while pulling followed by a 5-sec reverse kegel while pulling hard, and then all over again.

Have your tried this combo and what is your experience?
