High I have just started Penis Enlargement about a week ago. I am on phase one. When I try to do the stretches and jelqs I get hard really easy. Therefore, I have been masturbating before I do the exercises to make my dick flaccid for the stretches and 80% hard for the jelqs. Is it okay that I masturbate before I do the exercises? All responses will be greatly appreciated.

yea man i beat off before i hang because otherwise i get semi-erect and thats uncomfortable, for stretching i dont think blowin your load has anything to do with ligs, for the jelqing as long as u can be erect enough for them i wouldnt worry about it

I used to have this same problem. Its pretty common for newbies. I'd say when it happens just wait for it to go down and then continue. Eventually your penis will learn that this isn't play time. Just keep at it.

I've masturbated/had sex plenty of times over the last five years before and after stretching and or girth work and it has never hurt me or gains. In fact, girth work usually feels more intense if I have ejaculated earlier in the day.

This one probably varies from individual to individual. Personally, I just don't get a very intense feeling during a workout after I blow a load. If it feels like you get a good stretch /pump after cumming, then go for it. But, for me it fucks my whole workout up for both length and girth.

Also, it helps to not do your stretching exercises in the same spot that you masturbate. If you masturbate in bed, then you may want to do your exercises on a chair, not on your bed.
