"Plateau"

Hi all,

Great forum here, I have been reading posts for the past 3 months and joined MOS more than a month ago.

A couple of question. How long going without gains is considered a plateau? I have been doing Penis Enlargement for about 2.5 months now, had grown well in the first two months but now for about 3 weeks I have'nt seen any growth. I know I have to wait longer to know whether this is a plateau or not, but how long?

Also, what is the best way to come out of the plateau?

Thanks:)

If ya don't see anything happening by the fourth week, either increase your intensity, or your workout time. Try new exercises too.

Growth comes in cycles for me, a time without can last weeks at a time. I just keep at it, although lately I have had some issues to deal with. I am back on track looking for the next goal to be hit. Persistence pays off. Good luck....

There a couple differnet wasy to come out of a plateau. First you can try a long rest period, second you can change your routine, add or subtract workouts, workout times and rest days and how many times a day you do it. And third is a shock routine, by meaning hit it wiith everything you got. You just have to try each one and figure out what works. Ive been on a 2 year plateau now im hitting it with every thing I have.

3 weeks is hardly a "plateau," trust me - I've gone months without any gains. Penis Enlargement is a marathon, not a sprint. We all experience quick newbie gains (usually), but you can't expect it to stay at that pace indefinitely. I gained 0.5" erect girth the first month or so, then it took a YEAR to get another 0.5" erect girth. Length has been an even tougher deal for me.
Stay with it - any growth is more growth than the "establisHydromaxent" would tell you is possible.

Guys thanks for the advice :) I know it takes lots of time and effort to achieve my goal. I am 6.2 now I want 7 I hope I get there by June-July and 5.75 girth will also be fine with me by that time :)

You see I am not asking for much ;)
