I think I got to my Plateau, and I want to change my routine. So I will describe my routine and will ask for tips/advises.

I started to Penis Enlargement 15 mouths ago. but I didn´t Penis Enlargement for 2 mouths when I broke my forearm playing football. I have to travel a lot, so, same weeks I am able to do 2 workouts. On average I do 4 workouts per week

I started at 6"x5.25", uncut.

I am now:
7" BPenis EnlargementL

My girth are:
Head => 5.75"
Behind my head => 5.5"
Middle => 5.75"
Base => 6.25"
My LOT is 7.5

My staring goal was 7.5"x6", but after receiving good comment from girls about my new size I decided to go for 8.5"x6.5" :rocker:. I hope to get there in 2 years.

I just receive Bib Hanger last week, but I didn´t try yet. Because I still have same doubts about it, I am doing some reading on it?

Here are my questions: :hanging :
1) I have already have tree dick 6.25" at the base and 5.75" at the middle. Will haging make my base much more bigger than my middle? Is there angles of haging to avoid that to happend?
2) Is a tree dick more or less enjoyable for women?
3) I have read that hanging for uncut is much difficult than for cut? Any tips on that?
4) Can same one give me a good starting routine for hanging ?
5) Should I still manual stretch and Jelq when hanging ? Should I keep my routine?
6) I am thinking in get circumcision because, of two problems thinks. I have I lot of foreskin and I getting the donuts effect and I injury the skin that is attached on my head, and the my doctor told me I have to do something about it.

First thing you should do...that most guys dont do is to read the BIB hanger product guide from top to bottom:

Here's a sample hanging routine to start out with:
Sample Routine

You need to be able to hang at least 10 hours a week total to see good results within a reasonable time frame. If you can manage that on average weekly for 2 years, you would no doubt hit your length goal...probably exceed it by some.

It is also a good idea to focus on the intense manual stretches . A Stretches are an excellent exercise. Check out the DLD Blasters (use the search feature or ask doublelongdaddy himself). This is also a very good stretch :
Plyometric Blasters

Dedication and focus are the key. You sound like you already have that. You may want to change to at least a five day a week routine if you can. Or, I should say if you want better results. You may surprise yourself and hit your size goal sooner than in 2 years. For girth...there are a bunch of good exercises. Supra "Slammers" is the best exercise there is for length , girth and head gains:
Surpa Slammers

Maybe you can do something like a split routine? Something like this:

Morning session:

Hang (after you learn how to use hanger ) for two sets of 15 minutes at a weight that will give you a good stretch .
Do another 30 minutes total of a manual stretch of your choice....after picking something from above.

Evening session:
Work girth. Again, it's up to you what you decide to use exercise wise. Just some ideas to get you started on the path to gains again. You dont have to follow my examples. Your routine should be designed to reallistically reflect your daily schedule and how much time you actually have....er I should say are actually willing to COMMIT to Penis Enlargement. Most guys have more time than they admit...they just dont want it bad enough.

Are you saying that if you don't have 10 hours to commit to hanging then you shouldn't even bother hanging ?

No, not at all. You can still benefit from hanging ....even if for some reason you cant find 10 extra hours out of an entire WEEK.
