That's mighty impressive man! :O

It looks like you have both lost fat and gained muscle.
I'm also well on my way to being ripped... I haven't really lost much weight (only about 5 pounds), since I've been dieting slowly, but I've lost visible amounts of bodyfat. I guess that means I've managed to keep all my hard-earned muscle. Slow is the way to go when it comes to dieting.

Anyhow, looking great dude! Have you measured your BF%?

I think I am around 9.5%. I actually lost strength while cutting, and arms are quite a bit smaller, but they just appear bigger and look better so I am happy.

Yeah man, thats really great to see a really powerful 'transformation' like that. Do you work out as well, cause if that's all from Penis Enlargement, then all I can say is....GODDAMN MOTHERFUCKER!! LOL great progress!

What is working out? I am just reaping the benefits of manual Penis Enlargement...

If you stick with it you will DLD. You would think I would be getting sick of boiled chicken, brown rice, and protein shakes, but I am not really. Now days I think of food as more of a function and not pleasure. I get my pleasure from sex and Penis Enlargement of course! If anyone needs any diet help or has any questions let me know.

Now I am a skinny bastard. In the last pic I was about 170-175, now I am around 160 lbs. I have lost inches off my arms and chest I am sure. I Haven't been to the gym consistently in about 1 year. It is good to take progress pics because it gives you something to look back at and to work for if you slack off like myself.

i'm sure you would get it all back...i plan to hit the gym this summer too...i haven't been in about 6 months...the last time i checked my body fat was 10%....i already have the cuts..i would like to get them a little more defined...but my main goal is to gain weight and muscle mass...get back on it...good luck
