Hey I just wanted to start a girth gaining log to help myself keep track. I am not having intercourse until I am 5.5 in erect girth, starting at 5. I will be doing 2 on 1 off unless I get screwed with privacy.

I will be adding some light stretching later but am not keeping track of it.

two days ago:
10 minutes warm up jelq
10 minutes clamped
10 minutes supra mini slammers and uli's


today:

10 minutes warm up jelq
12 minutes clamped
10 minutes supra mini slammers and uli's

note: Got some bruising/spots at base where clamp was. I think it happened during a horse sqeeze that I attempted.
 
10 minutes jelqing
10 minutes clamped with a few bends and slammers
10 minutes jelqing with a few bends and slammers
7 minutes clamp

note:

Stoped early because of "donut effect". First time I had this happen.

My balls also hurt for some reason.

Try clamped Slammers and Mini Slammers. Those are killer!
 
Decided to go ahead and work out today since I can't on Easter.

10 minutes jelqing
10 minutes clamped with a few bends and mini slammers
10 minutes jelqs uli's and slammers
8 minutes clamped
Put on theraP magnetic strap for 10 minutes at max engorgment.

note:

My dick gets expanded to 5.5 during the workout which is good. It then looks really plump for about 10 minutes and then looks not so good for a while. But after an hour or so I get a nice flaccid hang that stays for the day. This is so much more fun than hanging !

Actually its not after the workout but during. Like I measured when i was at max engorgement. Afterward I didn't try to get an erection and measure it. I feel like this plan will work. My goal is to be at 5.5 by July 30th or in about 3 months. We shall see.
 
Last night I did:
10 min jelq
10 min clamp
10 min jelq/supra slammers and mini's
5 min clamp (felt something wrong)
2 min jelq
8 min clamp

Note: Very fat afterward. This girth work is so much more addicting! I don't want to take days off. Damn.
 
I have been keeping up with the sessions. They are going very well. After I took a day off I measured and I was 5 when not that hard, and around 5 1/8 when hard so I think I have gained a little. Just have to keep this up and I will be at my goal in no time.
 
I have noticed that the donut effect is starting to creep up on me earlier in the session. Anyone know anything I can do to prevent this or is it not really a concern?
 
My next session I am going to wrap some ace tightly at midshaft(my thickest point) when I clamp. I am going to see if I can get some more expansion lower down. I am trying to even out my baseball bat a little.
 
Sure thing DLD. I plan to try this tommorrow morning. I am going to try and include a full 10 minutes of horse squeezes in my routine if this doesn't work.
 
My plan for wrapping didn't work. It just made my head blow up more. I didn't get the expansion I was looking for in the lower shaft. Horse squeezes do this much better than the wrapping I tried.

Oh yeah, and I penetrated my woman last night. Oops.
 
I am now measuring a solid 5.25 around the thickest part. I am also expanding a little past 5.5 when clamped. Things are going very good!
 
I think I dove into this a little too quickly. I am getting just a bit more discolouration than I would like. I am going to try some shorter sessions with more warm up. I am also going to start hanging again with a CCH3 soon.

All I need is one more solid inch of erect length and I will be complete. (Who am I kidding?)

I will continue with the girth work, just not as intense.

Most of my discoloration faded...I have no idea how but it did.
