I'm starting it out tomorrow morning. I'm not going to be able to do the different times in the morning, afternoon and whatnot. I have never done testicle health but will start it tomorrow night. Hope that helps my ball hang. It is good most of the time, but with my job I'm lifting things so my blood flow isn't going to be in my package as well.

One thing I just wanted to know whether doing these exercises all in one or two hours is going to hinder gains? Also if I had been doing my own routine for like 3 weeks would it be better to stop and rest or what?

Anyhow, I hope to see some mega gains from Phase II. I'm starting tomorrow and am going to do it through July. I had originally planned to stop the routine I had made for myself like in the middle of June. However, I don't feel like what I had been doing was much more than easy repetitous workouts that I had grown accustomed with. I think with DLD's plan I'll get that shock my cock needs to grow again ! :cheers:

This is what I am going to do. I am going to start a 4 on 3 off routine unitl July 31. I'll measure every Saturday NBPenis EnlargementL and EG. I haven't checked girth in a while so this will help me see if I have actually made any significant gains.

I have notcied my flaccid state is a little better as well lately. I hope this is a sign of more growth to come, but who knows?

I'll be posting my recordings every Saturday from now on. Just for me to keep focused. This Phase II was pretty intense for me. I couldn't get the hang of the Forced Jelq Bends. I had to start over a few times. I kept getting to three then I had to stop because I'd notice my first hand wasn't waiting for my second one to come up before it continued to my head. I got it though. It took me 2 hours to do it all.

Anyone here notice when they first started off with the DLD Blasters that urine or some kind of fluid came out at times? Or is it just me? That concerned me a bit, but they feel like they do the job so I am not questioning them obviously. If they're D's then they got to be golden. SO if anyone could tell me what the hell this might mean? Appreeeeeciate it.

Well, the urine didn't come out today like it did the last time so I'm not worrying much about it now.

However, it was hard to keep an erection today for some reason. Maybe it's because I've never gone more than 2 days without rest. I always did either 1 on 1 off or 2 on 1 off. I'm on a 5 on 3 off plan this week and then I'll be on a 5 on 2 off from that point on. I'm going out of town for a commencement thing this weekend and won't have time to do my Penis Enlargement routine. It'll cut into my day that I start back.

I am resting until Monday morning, but I feel a HGUE difference in my flaccid hang since I started Phase II. I have started DLD's testicle health, kept my JAI stretches , and even started doing Supra Slammers. I'm feeling like I will get the gain I want through the middle of June. That would be a half inch in like a little under 3 weeks. Although it might be a little over a month because I didn't realize I'd hit 6 inches NBP right away. Hopefully, after this week I'll really notice some erect gains and won't even have to measure on the 15th to make sure lol. Sure does feel good to think you are making progress.

Today was a little bit weird. I felt odd throughout the session. Although I am sick right now, but I don't think that was it. I just didn't get enough sleep or something.
