It has been suggested that one should do the program Phase by Phase and milk each Phase for ever bit of growth you can get. I have several very related questions that spring from this... (I over a year ago did about 90 days of Penis Enlargement and have begun again and am just less than a week into it.)

2>If I have done my full Phase 1 stretching that day should I avoid further stretching opportunities thus not "over stretching" myself beyond what is needed to spark growth and saving that extra intensity for when it is needed later?

3>I own a Power Assist should I wait to use it till a later Phase?

4>How about alternate Girth exercises like Slow Squash Jelqs, should I just focus on the Phase 1 program only and save those for when they are needed?

5>I also own a JesExtender is using it advised at my stage?

Stretching is easy for me to supplement with a few extra minutes here and there. I have been doing that for about a week but if it is counter productive of course I will stop. (I do think I am growing nicely already but don't officially measure for another 1.5 weeks)

I thank you in advance for your comments.

It is really difficult to over stretch. I would not get obsessed with it but if you want to include additional stretching sessions this is fine.

The Power Assist can be used by anyone, as long as they have a dick:) You may want to make the power assist your second session.

Get used to the girth exercises in phase 1 and once you feel that you can handle the intensity go with the more advanced stuff. I set the phases up so they would be progressive, allowing for your dick to get used to the exercise.

Sure, this is a great supplement to the existing program.

Very clear for the most part. Thanks. One remaining question... Of course without overdoing it, do I understand you to say basically " Do what your body can safely handle and as much as it can safely handle ". So the phases are pretty much incremental for the sake of safe preparation for the next phase. Is there still value in "stay with the phase until you completely stop gaining from it before moving to the next" ? That really is the essence of my question.

Thank you again.

If Phase 1 keeps giving you dick, take it:) The intensity of Phase One may very well be just enough for some while others may want an increase of intensity for faster gains or stagnant gains. I do not suggest that someone jump into Phase 5 to gain the fastest, this is a sure way to break your penis. The Phases are incremental, progressive intensities in Penis Enlargement.

I found that my dick was still sore from Phase 1 stretching long after my dick adapted to Phase 1 jelqing. In my case, I should have moved on to the Phase 2 GIRTH portion, while still doing the Phase 1 LENGTH portion, but my perfectionist outlook had me waiting until I completely felt Phase 2 was necessary, in its entirety.

I would personally advise that you use the Power Assist if you like it, for your first session and every session thereafter that you feel like using it. If it helps you add power to your stretches, then use it.

The only "counter-productiveness" I can see out of multiple sessions per day is if you over-do it to the point of injury. The kind of injury that makes you take a few weeks off, not like purple and red spots, that's OK.

Thank you for your comments. I found them very helpful. Using soreness as a guide of sorts on if your overdoing it makes alot of sense. Especially if it becomes "accumulated soreness". Which I am currently experiencing not in my penis, but in my left pointer finger which has been bearing the squeeze of about 3/4 of my stretches. My left hand is on light duty for a time.

One nice perk with manual P.E. is that your grip gets stronger and stronger. My forearms and wrists have also gained a lot of strength.
