This is a question for DLD or anyone who is currently following the mattersofsize program-

How many days a week should I be doing the phase 1 exercises? I am a beginner and have decided to do them every day. Is this ok? Thanks in advance

I am not familiar with the phase 1, But knowing that DLD does his exercises 7on 0 off i would say (or think ) he designed his program to be able to be used in any variation of on and off days .

But don't take my word for it as I said I'm not 100% certain about this .

I think that it is important to do this for several reasons. Doing the routine daily gets you in a good habit. I think it also conditions your penis to become used to this type of training. I also think that 24 hours is plenty of time for the penis to rest before another workout. If you feel it is too much, cut back by 1 day at a time until you feel right. This should be determined by how you feel post workout the next day. If you feel ready...ROCK IT!
