DLD i just joined MOS and i was wondering how many days i should do it. And if there are any rest days what should i do on those days?:confused:

I have always trained 7 days on with no days off. For some this may be to much training so I recommend subtracting 1 day until you feel comfortable. So if 7-0 is too much move your routine to 6 on 1 off. Some guys like to train 5 days on and take weekends off. I would say 5 on 2 off is the lowest anyone should go who is looking to make good gains.
 
Doing 6-7 days on for the past 3 weeks straight and seeing some good gains. Its tough applying the time but its WELL worth it.

DLD can i do the basic jelq session and the testicale message session at the same time before bed.:hammerhea

should i warmdown after my jelq session then do my testicle message or do both then warm down. Here is what i was thinking because i have school and work and have a tight scheudle.
6:30am
basic stretching
10:30am
pc muscle fitness during class;)
Before bed
jelg and testicle message

The testicle massage should serve as a good enough warm down.
