Some users have it and some have the PMP. Both act in the same way, except the phallosan has a belt strap and has the pump built in which is awesome.


EDIT: On another board and I think a few people here. Users are experimenting w/ hanging low weights w/ the phallosan. I read somewhere that LG was working on an extender. Not sure if this is true or not.

Hey PENISGROW...The 2 products you are inquiring about have two opposite uses. The Phallosan is used more for stretching the penis throughout the day discreetly under your clothes. The Bib hanger is used to hang weights for a short period of time within the privacy of your own home. If your going to hang weights I would recommend the LG HANGER over the Bib hanger any day. No loss of circulation and the ability to hang more weights for a longer period of time. You have to decide which device would fit better into your routine given time and privacy.

Thanks, but I have been using the vacextender 4 and hanging 8 lbs made it break, so I don't trust the lg hanger which looks to be similar

For many years now, SizeGenetics has been the Rolls Royce of penis traction extenders. I have never owned any other brand extender. But who's to say wether or not the Phallosan is better than the SG until they have tried both devises. The phalloson strap tugging at the base of my penis would be my only concern, but maybe you could wrap that or something. Looks like it could form an A stretch though and that could be good.

I really think, for those who can spend the money, both have a very good place in a routine due to the ability of the Phallosan for night use(an all night stretcher), where as the SizeGenetics would be a all day stretcher. It almost begs to be part of SRT, just have to test the night use more before I do this.

1) What is the max girth size for a flaccid penis head that can comfortably fit into your biggest product? My head size increased and I have girthed out of being able to use the PMP(which I loved) and can no longer use it.

2) I realize we get 3 free condoms with our first purchase which as a consumer I am truly grateful for the agreement MOS and phallosan has come up with to bring the brothers of MOS that. On that note will there in the near future be any type of sale that would lower the price a bit versus offering free products as the incentive to buy?

It is a product I am strongly considering and I see many benefits of it, the price is the only thing that is stalling me from pulling the trigger to buy.

So I was wondering if we order through MOS, do we get a MOS voucher for the 3 additional condom sleeves on top of the 3 they are already offering (so potentially 6 total)? Please let me know as soon as possible. I am seriously considering purchasing this product, but have read many reviews about the condoms easily breaking.

I don't represent phallosan but I am sure you know I have one and know a little about it so I'll try to help.

1) the inside circumference of the largest size bell is about 4.75 inches. If you are concerned about head size I recently saw the LG Hanger has basically the same setup as the phallosan (as far as the vacuum and such) and maybe if you get the glands protector you can make it work if your size is too big for the phallosan). Note, the cost of the LG Hanger is about the same as the phallosan <.

2) I don't see the price coming down anytime soon and I think half the problem is the extra equipment (bells) which most of us don't need. I think if they offered everything as stand alone parts instead of a full set, the price could come down .... Or if someone figured out how to make a pump device similar to the one offered by phallosan then phallosan customers could sell off the parts they didn't need and recoup some of their money.

I appreciate the response, your posts are actually the ones that have gotten me interested. You and I seem to think similarly in the PE realm and I put more weight on your posts as they are well thought out.
I just measured the inside circumference of the PMP. As far as circumference goes the Phallosan and the PMP seem to be close to the same. 4.75 inches.
Im not sure if it is the circumference or the depth that is causing me the trouble with the PMP. My flaccid head girth at the widest part is roughly 5.5 inches. It of course is soft and can be squished so Im not sure if that was the problem or if the lack of depth of the PMP was causing too much of the head to be hanging out and caused the discomfort.
I am going to look on their website and see if there are dimensions listed for that.

Great idea as far as selling parts individually. I think alot of the guys holding back on buying are holding back due to the cost. If we had an option to buy only the parts we need that would save some money and help get more men wearing more Phallosans and therefore talking about it more. Hint hint Phallosan

The 3 extra condoms is like the original Penomet deal where it was a certain percentage off for MOS but in reality they opened it to everyone. I would buy it through the MOS link though because it can be tracked that way and if they see they are getting customers from here then our voice will have power.

The condom sleeves don't easily break unless you are an ape :s. If you check my log and review of the phallosan you will see I have over 340 hours in the phallosan using the original condom sleeve and I am still going strong in the original sleeve.
