Hope all is well! I've done a lot of reading and lurking here and appreciate everyone's input and openness to the community.

Several years ago, I gained an 1.5 inches of length over 18 months time with the SG and manual stretching. I was pleased with my results (mixed in with some good starting size/genetics) and I stopped paying attn to my penis as that is our goal right (not to think about this sh1t daily and be free!!!). Long story short, I lost my gains. I've recently started hanging with the LM. Nothing too crazy, just an hour a day and am using the SiliSleeves as an ADS during my work hours to heal elongated.
#1, what can I do without being obsessed with my damn dick to cement these gains permanently?
#2 I know everyone's different, but what kind of results can I expect from hanging an hr a day, and healing in a sleeve? Expectations are everything and I want to be realistic with myself!

Considering you made gains before, I think you can get them back, in relatively short time span.
You don't necessarily have to obsess about the process or your penis but stay in a daily basis exercise regime anyway. There can be a balance.

Hanging is effective, from my point of view. Do vary with the weights and check out the Pyramid hanging mentioned on the forum. The sleeves are great for ADS, although with the Silistretcher you could amplify the effect. ;) Just saying, it's possible to gain without the SS, but it helps so much.

Expectations, those I don't want to poke too much. Try to make the process enjoyable, there can be a balance of doing PE but not being obsessed about it. If you gained 1,5" before, then 1" could be within the 6 month time span but there's no certainty. Just keep on exercising, on a daily basis. Make the routine so that it is fun to do. Progress log helps a lot, to stay in the positive state of mind of gaining.

Ark gave great direction! 1 hour a day is ok if you are also healing in addition to this. Hanging 3 sets for 20 minutes is a good starting point and as you get time add or change routine. After you train wear your ADS for the remainder of the day. If you gained 1.5 inches and lost it I assume you can recover that rather quickly, maybe 6 months, 8 months to cement.

Thanks for the reply guys. My private time is limited between work, wife and kids and I'm hiding this from my wife.
I am a little concerned that I am doing my hour right before bed. I try to sleep with the sleeve but take it off when it gets uncomfortable.

As far as routine, I am doing 2 sets of 30 mins and will do 3 sets of 20 when my weights get heavier. I started off conservative with a week of 5 lbs, 2nd week went to 7.5 lbs, starting week 3 and I'm going to do 10 lbs. 5 and 7.5 felt really light but I wanted to be conservative and not risk injury

It’s good to be cautious and what you’re doing looks very progressive so I think you’ll be fine. After you get used to this we can help you refine it into a different routine if desired. There are many different ways to gain length so keep track and make sure things are working out.
 
Damn, that stinks! I wish you could find them as they would allow you to do the full length portion it SRT.

When you say, you have lost your gains. Did you lose the whole 1.5 inches?

Well he did posted this 3 years ago, but ive personally seen how in matter of 2 sesions I can get my dick all extended temporarily. If he already gained that much I guess in like 4 months of training he can get it back.

Wow I didnt know Ive used them since day 1 haha, sucks. Thanks for sharing

I agree with what you said about getting baxk flaccid size within 2 sessions. I can do 3 twists with my length master but I don't think I'm back at my size of 8.25. I go by what I see. Looking at my penis, I doubt I'm back at that size. But I also have a fat pad which wasn't there in the past.

I don't want to measure. I will feel sad if I do. So I will only measure around 10th of April.

DLD blasters done with the length master is the greatest length master exercise I've ever done.

I never did expressive stretching before so I'm doing 20mins of it daily now with the length master and I believe it will help me get to the golden 9 inches. What gave you gains the most?
 
Blasters with the Lengthmaster is serious stretching

DLD BLASTER FOR SURE and regular stretches Down and to the sides, love those specially hits different when kneeling.

But this Lengthmaster is helping me
a lot lately.

I guess my unit is too fucking small cause I can’t seem to keep my grip on regardless of how I wrap it or from where I clamp it on, without using my penimaster cap to avoid slippage.

I don't use that black bandage you are using. it is not friendly on the skin. There is a yellow thick bandage that comes with the length master. Start using that yellow thick bandage or better still, buy the ace bandage known as Uncle Jim Wrap. Start the wrapping from the base to right under the glans.

So you’re saying to try using the thera band as the first layer? Or after the ace bandage?

Do you think this will correct the slippage?

I didn't say anything about the theraband. The length master comes with two bandages. One is black and the other is some how yellow or color milk if I understand correctly. Use that other bandage.
