I've read quite a bit on permanent gains versus gains do to temporary swelling. When can one be sure to get the most reliable measurements? For example, does anyone have suggestions for when swelling usually subsides, in terms of hours or days?

I've never really put much thought into this subject but, from what I recall from my personal experience....even after the most intense girth sessions....my swelling usually went away by the second day at the longest.

...and you shouldn't! The last thing you need is another doubt in the measuring process. Measure the same time, the same way, each time. Thats it...don't 2nd guess yourself and don't play games with it.

I will inevitably have days I miss my routine. The reality is I'm a busy guy and I'm amazed by some of the dedication some of you guys have put into Penis Enlargement. I figure if I can't get a workout in, I can at least measure and get some good feedback, since there should be no swelling on an off day.

I think swelling has to do with girth work. Just try not to exceed the 8 inches mark when pumping with the bathmate and also do at least 3 reps of 1 minutes SSJ in between each pumping set. SSJ will help combat the fluid retention. You can follow the SRT routine.
