For those of you who have lost weight. Obviously NBPL will change, but has anyone noticed even a small change in their EBPL?

I have always struggled with weight and I'm of the opinion that my flaccid length is embarrassingly small. That being said, there have been times when I've dropped 15-25 pounds and, to my own eye, it seems as if my flaccid length increases with weight loss. Many physicians will also say fat loss makes a difference in penis length appearance, though who knows to what extent.

DLD, might I suggest that you take a serious look at the South Beach Diet. It contains multiple phases like Atkins, but with more emphasis on good fats/bad fats. After two weeks, you're allowed to eat complex carbs that are low on the GI. I'm looking forward to whole wheat spaghetti with venison. :)

Somehow I have rationalized that with added weight there must be a small difference in the amount of padding between the pubic bone and the end of the ruler. I have to now do a EBPTTPDBL measurement it seems

Sounds real good to me right now. I'm still on phase one of the South Beach Diet, where I cannot eat any carbs for now. Steak and cheese without bread does get old.

Does anyone know any diets you can go on to gain wait?, without just eating chocolate etc cus i dont want ny teeth to fall out to soon.

That sounds awesome. I was in Phili a couple of years ago and had a steak and cheese sandwich there....THE BEST SANDWICH EVER!!!
I would go back just for the sandwich.

Consume large amounts of foods that combine both fat and carbs. Some examples would be potato skins, french fries, pizza with meat toppings, etc.
