DLD: I've been thinking of adding some manual stretches to my routine, but I cant really feel those left,right, forward and upward stretches. only stretch I feel is downward so u recommend that I only stretch downward? like 5x40sec?
 
The discoloration is not bad! I would not mind that kind of discoloration at all... Nice work!

That is fine. It is important to know that your not going to feel every stretch and it is not a good idea to judge a stretch only by the feeling, it is best to try any stretch for a month an keep an eye on the measurements.
 
hey DLD, for best girth gains is it better to pump with flaccid or erect or does it really matter?
 
havent wrote here long time but there hasnt really been any updates. stil trying to hit 190 but I really dont mind if I dont hit it anytime soon because I want girth more than length at the moment. I noticed lack of pressure when i did my Bathmate routine, and then i noticed that comfort ring is coming off, so I glued it and today was first session in long time that I really felt that pressure.

how come my left side is almost hitting wall but theres more room on right side? is it possible to get it even?


and ordered myself some pergormer5 too, cant wait it to come. I have big loads already, so im eager to wait for my mega loads :D maybe I should do after&before clips
 
okay, so I been kinda slackin on my routine whole summer. Done Bathmate every now&then. So if I could get some help to reach my goals soon, some routine suggestions please, DLD?

I do Bathmate and I like to clamp and I would mainly consentrate girth but would like to do some manual lenght too

what kind of clamp routine should i add to my workout routine. currently its just 20mins Bathmate. i'm gonna throw some manual streches there too

I did performer5 for 1 month and honestly i didnt notice any difference in my cum size, maybe i would have to use it more that 1month.

my girth being 5inches, what would be correct size clamp for me?

Looking close to perfect:) I would cut the Bathmate set in two and get a set of jelqing in between sets (Maybe 100 strokes). This would perfect it:)
 
could someone tell me what to eat and supplements for bigger loads. I currently drink about 1 gallon of water and take l-arginine

Pepe, eat 2-5 stalks of celery a day and keep drinking that water. I usually just eat two stalks and that's enough for me. You can juice it if you hate chewing it, it really takes a long time. I have heard people say L-Arginine helped with loads but personally I haven't noticed any improvements with it other than EQ and vascularity, but I've only taken it for a few weeks.

If you want supplements, try 3-6g of Peruvian Maca every day; 10mg of Bioperine, but no more than 20mg; you could also try Lecithin, especially if it becomes too watery.

There are a lot of others things you can do for load size, but I think anything more would be pretty expensive. One thing to keep in mind is that even though there are some nice semen enhancing mixtures out there, they don't always work for everyone since our bodies work differently. We all have different lifestyles and diets right? Try experimenting with these. If that doesn't work out, maybe you can try some other supplements.
 
Hey pepe go look at my thread "Exileds ultimate proof if you had doubts " the routine I am doing for girth has given me radiculous expansion and led to some Fast Gains in the girth department with pictures to show the expansion!!!
