tbirdy I haven't found that with muscles. I didn't work out for 6 months, and I actualy grew in size, because I knew how to eat right. My strength did go down, but my muscle size didn't. Strength is the mind to muscle connection, amount of short muscle itself, and the efficiency and development of the atp delivery system.

Like even if you aren't working out per say, you also are moving your arms around, or helping a friend move something etc. Or for your legs, just walking around. With your penis, once you have solidified a size, I don't think you'd have to worry about losing girth. Plus you'd still be putting it under stress, during masterbation, sex and night erections.

However you could do a maintenance program, but really you should just keep growing and making a stronger erection in my opinion. Women can handle well over 7 girth, and most of us have a ways until there.
 
blue I couldn't agree more with what you say about bodybuilding

but for Penis Enlargement, ALL the big gainers do high volume, hours and hours of hanging and stretching, and long intense girth workouts everyday.

I would be very surprised if you showed me a guy who jelqed and stretched for 10 minutes each everyday and made big gains (big as in 2+ inches per year). Even if there was it would probably be because he was very atrophied in the first place.

shit you're right, I'm proud of being one of the first involved in Penis Enlargement (I know people have been doing it for hundreds of years, ancient tribes yea i know, but its still fuckin new because... well cause i say so) but we are test rats! there could be serious downside to this we don't even know, and probably won't know until we become infertile or impotent. does anyone here have an extensive knowledge on scar tissue and cancer, so we can really look at what we're doing to ourselves.

Ok yea I'm worried about harm it can do, but I'm young (22) and have many years ahead of me, don't want anything going wrong with my stuff, but if it was up to me, i don't think it would do much harm. scar tissue probably wouldn't let you have rock hard erections, and look at the veterans, their erection IMPROVED. skin that gets ripped of harshly gives you a scar, but it minimizes pretty well, and still functions well. we're not doing anything drastic to our dick,just small things,and it will still function, at least the shaft. you gotta be extra careful with the balls, because if something goes wrong there, you can get infertile... but you can still fuck.

100 was too much, think when you work other areas they plump with blood and, they dont get tottally engorged, but i know the penis is made to expand so that should be considered as well, but from feeling it out this is what i came to.

its really all about expanding the connective tissue that restricts the expansion of the tissue allowing for enlargement.

and really the real reason you would lose muscle growth after you stop lifting would be because of serious inactivity or you either dont eat enough or dont eat right and the body's metabolism feeds off the muscle tissue instead of calories.

but then also hundreds upon hundreds of other have gained nearly nothing or the anticlimatic .5-3/4 or so per 14 months, the body adapts quicker than that when handled properly

and what about all the newbies and others who have used light routines and gained 1.5-2 inches in a matter of 3 months? for me ive read more of these than those who do imo "overly" intense routines.

Thx man, I don't have much knowledge of he body or how it works, want to give my opinion but not misinform anybody so they use it as fact. Actually topics like this, bodybuilding, overall health are interesting to me, might look into this kinda stuff more.

its your bodies natural defense to become stronger after going through bad conditions and stuff, ya know, heal and come back stronger than before. Since we are extending the tissue, straining it, the body, with the right nutrition, rest, will repair that, and make it able to withstand that pressure better for next time (making it bigger)

Very interesting post Blue. Im in this stuff since 4-5months and i see no gains. The first 6weeks i only jelqed, started with 10min and at the end i did 30min. But my biggest mistake was, that i did it all flacid. After the newbie routine i started with some more advanced things like A-Stretches, erect jelqs and jelqs with pumping the blood and then holding with one hand at the base and the other jelq. After my newbie time i immediatly increased my workout time to 1-2hours on 5/6days a week. I see no gains till now, my sexual drive went down, before i got often horny only seeing a hot girl dressed hot and could jack off more than once a day, not to mention that i did it everyday. Now, i really cant remember when i was so horny like before and its also longer time ago when i masturbated. Ok i have sex, but before i was so horny that i also had to masturbate. Also my erections got weaker. Sometimes its a problem for me to keep my erections, even during sex. I think i have also to say that i smoke a lot and never paid attention to warm up/down and never tried it with cold water. I think ill try what u say, but 10-15min looks not enough for me, ill do 20-30min for length and the same for girth. Have also a question, would u say i should take a rest for about 4weeks for recovery or should i just start with your program, i dont wanna losse time, i wanna have a big dick as soon as possible. Ah i almoust forgot to say that im takeing L-Arginine since 3days, hope this helps a little.

Yeah maybe its a good idea, but im a poor student and thought that i get enough info in the forum. Ok the vids are a good help, but how can u help me dld, when i didnt get any gains in the past 4-5months? Im dedicated and do dld-blasters, things that i described in my last post and throw also some ullies and bends here and there. Im really frustrated that i get no gains, think only my flacid improved, got no gains, but he doesnt shrink so often like in the past.
Damn i need a big dick as soon as possible, when i would be sure u can help me, think i could save some money for it in the next month. 50 bucks is nothing compared to what u get from it, but as i said, i tried some things and still didnt gain. I dont wanna wait 2or3 years to see some gains, i would be so happy when i would grow 1inch in the next 3months...
