Hello! Is there a reason why it is like the penis get thinner and tight when erect?

Sometimes or often when i'm 50% or above, like when it's plumpy & thicker than flaccid, but not erect or hard it is usually thicker and sexier than erection.
Then when i starts to reach erection it shrinks on the sides and gets harder and more tight, it looks smaller on the top view etc.

Is there an explanation to this? Can you do something about it? I would like the erection when it's 100% hard to be like that ;)

This happened to me during my first few months PE'ing. Worried me at first but eventually my penis stopped doing this when I took a rest day after heavy consecutive pumping days and also after I started deep tissue massage during my cool down.

The only thing that I know of is that when you stretch, your penis can pull back for protection, but exhausting the PC muscle can help with that.
Maybe it's something similar here.
 
The thing is it has always been like this, but what makes the situation worse is because my semi-erect/plump size before you get hard is bigger than it was before PE, so the difference seems bigger. Also i lost 0.1 inches width recently on my shaft.

Width will vary depending on how you are training, if you are training specifically for width there are exercises that are solely for width. But, as Still said, fatigue can certainly shrivel the dick big time, even for me.

Heard somewhere it's like shaping, if you grow width you will lose depth, if you grow depth you will lose width. Is this true? Are there any effective & simple width exercises i could add for my routine?

Lets say you jelq the sides with pressure on the side inward, wouldn't that make the shaft thinner eventually and expand depth? And if you jelq with a grip that pushes on the underside and above, that would increase width.
Because you are forming the tunica by doing this. With enough time you will shape your penis (shaping the tunica). To have more play doh you have to increase the size of the tunica with specialized exercises that increase both width and depth
at the same time.

My favorite exercise for width is Toilet Compression Squeezes. But to answer your question about loss of depth to width, yes, if you train width you will convert some depth to width and vice versa.

I guessed so. So to get increase in both areas or overall girth you will actually need your penis to get filled everywhere to maximum, by using a bathmate just for an example. And by doing specific exercises like bends you can maniuplate the blood to support different areas in the penis more than other areas? Or by actually shape the tunica itself, like with the toilet compression you flatten it, which means you will flatten your tunica and give it a more "flat" shape. If not you probably just manipulate the blood, like lending blood from the CS chamber to the CC chamber to make them bigger and stand out more widthwise.

Or what is the theoretical explanation behind this?

You are exactly correct, you answered your own question. What we call this is spot training.

Does this mean that if i start doing width exercises to get a wider penis, that my CS that runs on the bottom will get smaller or disappear? Or will it only affect my CC chambers?
I have somehow in the latest months of PE built my CS more & more, when i'm about to cum or 100% erect it is really visible compared to pre PE.
It would be a shame to lose this CS, it's handsome.

Train both and both will grow. If you exclusively train for width you quite possibly may sacrifice depth so I suggest balancing this by training both depth and width.

Thanks anyways, no more questions asked. :)

The BathMate will increase girth uniformly about the shaft. In order to gain width you would need to include a width exercise, like Toilet Compression Squeezes.
