Ive posted this so many times but still someone has yet too help me. My penis isnt stretchy during routines anymore. Like i tug ans pull as hard as i can but it feels like its being held back by something. Yes i warm up yes i do bundled stretches beforehand. But my dick just wont stretch. Please i need help
 
sounds like you have very stubborn ligaments, (I'm afflicted w/this) and using The LM doing regular and bundles behind the cheeks in a hot shower has seemed to help a bit. give it a go and report back

Do you use an extender? I do.....and I'm much more "stretchy", after a couple hours in it. Just a thought.....

Another way to warmup prior to exercising is to tuck your package between your legs like fowfers & walk around for a 1/2 hr or longer.if I'm pressed for time I'll get in a girth session, wear a cock ring & walk around every chance I can like this. Still keeps me fat & elongated at the same time.

I believe you're overthinking it. You say its not "stretchy". Expect this to happen. It's normal. Your penis will not recoil sometimes and thats normal. Just keep stretching. You're worrying about something so minor instead of focusing on the gains. Just stretch, doesn't matter if its not stretchy, just fucking stretch. Thats it. Stop worrying about stretchyness. Please. I've said this to you before. "Stretchy-ness" is not indicative or gains or anything.

Right on kyo, there were times I thought I was actually losing length from retraction, but I kept at it and then gained. I feel like there is usually some sort of recoil before the growth spurt. Like you said, "just fucking stretch".

The Quick Extender Pro was the 1st piece of PE equipment that I purchased...hated it and gave it away to a member here. Being 'strapped-in' just doesn't work for me, but I seem to be positively responding to The LM in a hot shower, so we'll see at the next measurement

I'm all honesty I feel stretchy at random times. It's unpredictable for me. Some sessions I'm not stretchy and some I am. I pay no attention to it because in the end I know I'll be gaining.
 
I've been there...>:( I was so frustrated that I STRETCH AND GRIP SO HARD, that it hurt me but i was like fuck it fuck you.. I'm stretching tonight hahaha
But you just gotta figure it out haha

1. Masturbate at least to get it started, you'll feel a huge difference. once stretched use ads, so it never goes back to the stubborn stage.

2. For the grip use latex, cloth, lenghtmaster best option.. but help your hand and arms out, that grip is not enough.








I haave a question for anyone who can contribute,I'll appreciate it very much.

Usually stretching straight out or downward you feel more relax than to the sides or upward and upward sides.

Are those your ligaments holding you back??
Could be something else? is there anything else holding you back?


So if those are your just ligaments, what if you could make your ligaments completely loose and from there, do your usual lenght routine would that be more effective?

It has only been 2 weeks since I wrote the routine, you need to give it some time. I would also like to make sure you are using full intensity in the training?

as Adamtf1982's suggested, use a extender as a primer, thorough warm-up before stretching. Myself, I used the Circle Device (24oz) as a ADS during the day, because I had a job where I was standing most the day. After 8-10 hours, my penis was very relaxed and pliable where I could do Boy Scouts Knots with it. Then, I go home and hang for a couple of hours... worked great for me.
