Hi,
for last few weeks I have been following SRT routine. The thing is i got some minor length gain when stretched, some solid flaccid gain, but my erect length decreased for almost half inch. I have been stretching and jelqing for few years and got close to an inch gain. I think most of my gains are from jelqing because my length decreases when i stretch so i every time in my PE career I stopped stretching and continued only with girth work. SRT seamed to be solution for my problem but it seams it is not. Any thoughts or solutions?
 
i think you are facing the problem of turtling.....the penis retracts back or goes inside inorder to protect itself and heal....you should try wrapping aftr it
 
I have never heard of anyone losing size from practicing PE, it really makes no sense. Are you sure this was not a measuring issue? Or maybe when you measured you erection quality was poor?
 
I have experienced similar situations i remember years ago i measured and i was 6.5 i measured some time later and i was 5.7 and so on, this could happen maybe becaus we are too anxious when we measure and fearful too..i really want to keep the ruler away for the next two months and wait.. EQ is important you have to learn to train the mind too,a weak mind can ruin things believe me..besides three weeks of PE is a brief period wait and you will see...
 
Try using a ring when you measure. Makes it significantly more consistent because you will absolutely have a maximized erection. It's also important to measure from the same spot, sitting or standing the same way, and being absolutely certain you're fully pressed against the pubic bone. The fact is what you're saying is a misnomer. Gains in BPFSL with a corresponding loss in bpel is on par with saying you got stronger but you can't lift as much weight.

If you want to solve your issue you're going to have to consider the above and handle it scientifically. Otherwise you're holding yourself back from a great routine.

This could be the case, sometimes overtraining, in the beginning, can have a negative impact on size. I also agree with measuring too soon.
 
The persln seems new to this world i mean i love srt. But not for someone who hasn't gained lenght from a newbie routine.

Thats like handing over a lamboghini to aa fresh man with a still wet driver license.


Go back to your old routine of jelqing. And slowly let stretches be part of your workout.

And start to get a feeling for it. Pe shouldnt hurt it should actually feel rather nice. Learn to relax and enjoy.

When this is learned and appreciated. Then you can start to breal the limits of it slowly! Try and see when you push yourself more.

In pe it is always best to use the least amount of efford. The easier program you have. The less your body needs to strengthen tissue.

So starting out with too hard of a program can actually stop you from extra grow in the end.

Find the newbie routine and make a progress thread. In a couple of months you will be accustomed to the exercises and can move on
 
Oh and frankly i think what you found is a really good thing. Because now you get a feeling of how much is too much. Now you can work umderneath the limit woth expert knowledge! And you know that you did the exercises right (just too hard) because the mechanisms that can pull it back is also the one allowing you to pull it out. In other words. You hit the jackpot. Now you just need the experience to make it work.

I predict that you will pass the first inch just by following a simply beginner program in matters of months

Very good points. There can be some tremendous gains in the Newbie Routine and not giving yourself a chance to get at them can be a bad thing. Intensity can always be increased and more advanced work can always be found but for Newbies, there is always a great deal of gains that can be made using the Newbie Routine.

I had a similar question so I thought I just jump on board this post instead of making another. If one over trains or maybe just goes at it with high intensity and is really not to concerned so much about what the ruler is saying right now is it OK to have those moments when you say "where the hell did my dick go?" knowing the end result will be so much better? Let me explain. My routine is pretty intense as far as my intensity. During my stretch routine I'm really pulling hard. I have no serious pain just normal workout pain so I'm not going past the threshold just right up to it. After which I put on the TLC all day til I take a shower at night and do my Penomet routine after which I wrap just enough to stay extended all night til morning and start all over again. So basically my dick is never allowed to turtle and is pretty much extended all the time in some form or fashion. BUT, last night I had a business dinner with a bunch of co-workers and I knew it would run into a long night (just business ) anyway I for some reason decided to take my TLC off during this meeting. When I got home and took a shower my little feller looked as though someone cut it in half then hit what was left with a hammer til it was nothing but a nub. It kinda bothered me for a bit but just passed it off as working it so much. So is it OK for it to do this from time to time until we reach our goals or should I back off a little. If I know the end result is going to be so much better should I even be concerned about this and just maintain my workouts the way they are now?

thats actually a very good question.

and it is what i intend to experiment with when i start again.

but my best advise to you is this.

do it for 3 month.

and when your done. make a measurement. did you grow?

if you did. this shit worked.

if you didnt.

well then it didnt work.

it is as simple as that.

however
what we talk about right now is the srt theory.

by letting the penis rest elongated. it will grow much faster.

for me. i think the key here is this.

Manual stretching: max intensity.
extender: slowly decrease intensity
wrap: just maintain the lenght so really no intensity.

why?

my theory in the srt is this:

when you pull out the tissue so it expands. it will be at its strongest.

but just as a spring. or a balloon. there more you use it. the more power it will lose.

so lets say that your 7 inch pecker can be expanded to 7.5 with 100% intensity.
then in 1 hour you only need 90%
then in 2 hours maybe only 70%
the concept that i will like to include in the SRT is that if you slowly lower the resistance of your pull. so the tissue will simply just be less opposing.

eventually you will be able to keep the 7.5 size with just a wrap.

now. this is very very simplified and your not going to grow 0.5 inches in a day. but i think the concept will be solid. start out the day by expanding as much as it feels possible and try to keep it like that with the least amount of energy through out the day (which should be decreasing)

this is still a theory. and not something that has been tested.

but it makes hell of a lot of sence to me.

The comedian Jeff fox worthy (not really a fan except for this joke) says women sometimes have bad hair days, and men sometimes have bad dick days. Funny but true. Also you have to consider things like stress, stimulants, and weight gain can all reduce your size especially flacid size

no it needs to be huge all the time always!!!!
 
well longth i guess we just need to do as DLD and just grow 3 more inches than necesarry. so even on bad days we are still fucking huge :)
