ok, I am wondering about the penis composition.

A penis is comprised primarily of two cylinders of sponge-like vascular tissue (Corpora Cavernosa) that fill with blood to create an erection. Blood is pumped into the penis under great pressure and a series of valves keep it in the penis to maintain the erection. A third cylinder is the urethra, a tube that carries the urine and the ejaculate. The knobby head of the penis is called the Glans. Blood flows to the penis by two arteries that come from the Aorta.

The secret lies in the development of the Corpora Cavernosa to make it stronger and larger. More blood means bigger size and stonger erections. All it really takes is the right types of exercise. As any other organ, your penis will respond to the correct application of stimuli.

So I am wondering with jeling a lot and hanging a lot won't this garner the results people need or does it have something to do with everyone's body make up.

I feel that I have found the methods for myself. I am just thinking about what really is the secret. Does the Bib hanger actually stretch out the Corpora Cavernosa making it expand. Or is it a combination of exercises.

What do you think?

Well you pretty much hit the nail on the head man. Everything you said about the expansion by pushing more blood through to create larger areas for blood flow. I am curious though.... What are the routines that you have discovered on your own? Are they mostly the same as what you have studied on this and other sites? Holla back.

Well basically, I started at 6.0 nbp and now I am 8.5 nbp.

I have tried every routine and exercise and for the longest time I was at 8.0 for like 3 months.

Then I changed my routine and now I just jelq 2000 reps and hang for 2 or more hours.

However, I jelq differently. Different then you could imagine.

I make up directions as I go. Basic and advanced methods.

They could consists of a mixture of Uli's and Jelqing, Under the leg and Jelqing, BTC and Jelqing, whatever, I just make it up. I do not pump blood in the penis at all. If you check out the routine section I have my routine there.

I hope it will help you out. Or maybe I am talking to a pro.

I have been doing the routines for awhile... I was just curious because anything you know could help all of those that have maybe hit a plateau. Give them the kickstart they need to get back to gaining.

You said you started at eight, what gains have you seen with these new routines?

Wait, i started at 6.0 nbp, 3.4 grith, flaccid about 4.0

My new routine gave me;

8.5 nbp, 6.0 girth, flaccid 6.0

I feel like it will help you out. However the key is the mind.

You have to think about positive and keep your focussed.

Do not pay attention to negative thinking. Read an uplifting book and work out as well. Whether it be walking, running, swimming whatever. Eat fruit, vegatables I am serious it all works the same.


But remember you must visual your goals and the size you truly want. Do not let negative think rob you of your goals.

I am serious. I am dedicated to reaching 10 X 7 soon.

Not quite so. The CC and CS are spongy tissues, their purpose is to enlarge, they are not the limiting factor. That would be the tunica, the thick fibrous sheath that surrounding each chamber. Of course, if the size of the tunica is increased, there will be more capacity for blood, and a larger erection. Also, dont forget the ligs.

Channel, if there is a secret to Penis Enlargement it is persistance. That and knowledge.

Stronger erections yes, but a normal erection does not give enough pressure to expand the tunica, if it did we would all have 9" girths.

We all have the same number of limiting factors, but at different strengths. The key is to find out what the first limiting factor is and concentrate on that, then the next one. Divide and conquer.

See above also.

A bib hanger will allow you to place longitudinal stresses on the tunica, ligs or skin, and that is all. Knowledge will teach you how to effectively use the bib hanger to target your limiting factors, and persistance will break these down over time.

That 3.4" girth is a typo right? Did you mean 5.4"? If you gained 2.6" of girth that may be a record.

One thing I noticed that hardly anyone has gained more than 1" of girth except DLD, BIB and ULI. I'm currently trying to get past 1" of gain and to guarantee it, I'm doing the exercises twice a day.

Great gains man!

I understand what you saying. I was repeating this because this what the webistes are telling to people. I understand fully about the tunica and how to actually use the bib hanger .

I am definitely gaining. So I appreciate you knowledge but I got the information from you before, remember. I am clear.

I just thought I would open up a discussion on this to better help new people.

I have been doing this for almost 14 months so if I do understand then I know I'd better go and find the info myself.
