Id say wait for DLD device, if you read the comments made at www.penimaster.com (the link takes you to tunders place) then there are afew complaints about the device.

DLD's isn't an ADS though. The Penimaster is a good product, but it needs modification to work best.

I thought Jaz was designing an ADS. To me, an ADS seems to make perfect sense, in concept, but I cannot imagine that these things are actually comfortable and discrete in appearance.

About a 1/4" but that was in combination with stretches.
