Ok Gents. If you have a great idea that may work for a successful Length surgery, then mention it here. Now the person who has the best idea may have a chance to get his method patented and submitted to several top PE surgeons. Also feel free to help tweak each others ideas in order to help make the best method possible. Now please remember that this is only for fun but it may and can lead to a new PE procedure that may work. Now we all know that there is know PE quick fix but If man can travel to the moon in less than 1hr; then maybe we can find away to have science get us a 10-12 incher in less than 1hr. LOL. Who knows? So it doesnt matter if you are working, stretching, hanging, extending, pumping, relaxing or whatever; Take the time, use your mind and help give a descent thought or idea to this thread for the best proposed length surgery method.:coolLMAO)

Now I feel that evenly injecting a shit load of stem cells into the penis while hooked up to an extender would work. The only thing is that it takes too much time for the cells to attach and stay put. So on that note; Maybe if they added the stem cells along with a liquid solution of cell-adhesive, Than maybe this will help the cells automatically fill up and attach where needed upon the evenly placed injection. So hopefully once you take the extender off; You stay naturally extended due to all the extra cells that are in place. Idk

Doctors will tell you that only 20% of the cells injected will stay while the other 80% will not. This is why a liquid cell-adheisive solution is needed. Idk
 
If surgery was without risk it does make sense in the process they use. Although you will not make gains from the surgery you will gain faster after everything heals up due to ligament release. The thing is you can mimic this using DLD Blasters, when engaging in the Reverse Kegel you are imitating the ligament release.

Doing the PC Muscle exhaustion principle of the DLD Blasters before hanging is perfect! I don't have a LM, but I bet that if you do the Blasters before your LM expressives- that would be AMAZING!

Indeed. In any stretch it makes so much more sense to approach it exhausted as this will bring the most productive stretch. Engaging the reverse kegel will also force the muscles into submission and allow for a greater stretch too. DLD Blasters is definitely a good replacement for penis surgery.

Hmmm, an idea- why don't you start a thread where you advise everyone to add the Blaster principle (of PC muslce exhaustion) as 1st exercise in their length list. After this is done- EVERY length exercise would be 200% more effective. Do you find that a good idea? :)
 
The "gold standard" for length surgery, last I looked into it was to sever the suspensory ligament/s. I'm not sure that much has changed in several years about the technique other than this or that doctor finding a new way to enter the pubic area to sever the ligament/s for the sake of outer aesthetics. In other words, minimizing outward appearances of having had surgery. I've heard of entering the scrotum for example vs coming right at the ligaments from on top of the pubic area. Don't quote me on any of this though, it's been years since I've done any research on the subject.
I don't blame anyone for wanting PE surgery. It does at least for lengthening provide a pretty direct shortcut for gains. You're taking away a very big obstacle. The statistics for big gains always seemed to contradict the expense and slight risk (lengthening surgery nowadays is quite safe and an outpatient procedure...girth on the other hand is still extremely risky with high chances for infection and tissue/graft rejection) of surgery. Then again, how many of the patients followed a prescribed (assuming one was prescribed) post-op protocol of using an extender, or hanger? How many stuck to the regimen? How many decided one inch was enough? Many men who find natural PE, decide that one inch is plenty of gain after they realize how much work it all really takes.

It has been posted in many threads and as a thread of it's own. With how much action happens on a forum things get buried and as it is we have way too many stickies. What would be an idea is to start filling the articles section with these more important posts, similar to your site improvement ideas. Like I said somewhere else, we will be tackling these issues when Lightning and I meet up. We are planning to get together over the Christmas holidays.

I've heard of girth method like PPMA or something like that. But I've never heard of any lengthening procedure that is successful and safe till this day.
 
Wait so I should add blasters to the beginning of my routine to increase efficiency?
If you don't have LengthMaster 3, all your stretches should be bundled and be done with a fulcrum device like a pvc pipe, broomstick or PowerAssist 2 (buy: LengthMaster 3 instead).
