Hey guys,

I'm really considering to get lengthening and thickening procedures done and I've narrowed down my choices to either Dr. Harold Reed or Dr. Brian Rosenthal. I wanted to know if any of you had any experience with these procedures done by these doctors or know of anyone who has? I'm having a little trouble deciding and I want to make sure I'm making the best choice, hope someone can help.

Want to tell us a little about yourself before you go under the knife? What made you decide that you want to go for surgery? It's highly recommended to do (free) PE exercises to increase length and girth rather than spend all that money to barely get any gains from surgery.

Also agree w/ TreasureHunter.

Are you referring to pmma. If you're truly set on doing this, I would do a google search on pmma, click more, and then click on discussions. You will find forums talking about pros/cons from actual members that have got it done. I wouldn't have problems w/ injections since chemPE is intriguing, but injecting something that stays inside your dick and is irreversible, just doesn't sit well w/ me.

I have seen before and ( immediatley) after pics of every PE type procedure online and I am not impress with none of them. If they were that official; iam sure those doctors would be on this site everyday scooping up new customers. Trust me.

Have you looked @ PMMA injections. They actually look good when done right, as long as it's adapts uniformly throughout the penis. Otherwise you're left w/ a penis that get lumps in it.

If the injection is bad, the removal is very difficult. You're going to end up all fucked up afterwards as the stuff can bond to tissues/ETC. You're going to be left with a mangled dick + a smaller one. You might even lose critical function is certain areas.

Here is an overview link: http://www.drelist.com/pmma-injection-penile of side effects/complications/ETC.

OP: Hopefully you're referring to PMMA when you mention "thickening procedures". I'm going to feel real stupid typing all this stuff out if you were not referring to that. I don't know of any other "thickening procedure" other than PMMA.

EDIT: Would also look up long term effects and how this stuff might react later on in life. Would hate for the stuff to become systemic and get into an organ somewhere and potentially block or impede function(s).

Smerc: After your first post I had researched pmma injections. Now it seems like its been around for awhile but I only seen one after pic with no before one. I scanned some reviews but nobody offered pics. So this made other people horror stories sound more believable. The main problem with most fillers is that most doctors dont know how to evenly place the stuff. Which causes major deformities. Penile injection doctors should first perfect their evenly injection methods before selling their services. Maybe they can have a large diameter see through tube around the penis so they can make sure that its all evenly filled up throughout the tube.

They're out there, mainly on the phallo boards. The search engines sometimes block certain images or just doesn't index them around certain flagged keywords. The forums are the go-to place.

It's hard to perfect something w/o having test subjects, but yeah I see where you're getting @.

It seems normally they recommend extending afterwards to keep everything in place. As it seems like going flaccid would move things around before they've settled. That itself sounds incredibly scary.

I'm going to try to stay out of this thread unless I get a quote back. This stuff is giving me the chills just thinking about it. Going to bed w/ a normal dick and waking up with something that looks like it's made from a kid using play-doh.

dba256 man. I hope you reconsider, but if not, definitely do your due-diligence.

IMOHO: PEnile surgery? Major NO. Results are never up to the standards and the risk assessment of going under the knife is extremely high!

Why risk your penis and spend thousands of dollars for the measly .5" you might get when you can practice natural penis enlargement and gain inches without risk?

Thanks for the opinions thus far guys! I understand that it's a very risky procedure, not to mention very expensive. I've tried non invasive options but I'm actually pretty set on the surgery, which is why I want to make sure I'm going to the best. I've actually known people to have gone under the knife with both Dr. Reed and Dr. Rosenthal and came out with amazing results, but I want to be absolutely sure I'm making the right choice beforehand.

You've know people personally who've done this? Or people on other board?
I think knowing people personally that have had results, is probably the biggest testimonial you could get. That along, is probably probably means you're going to go through w/ it since you might always be reminded from them.

What are your measurements and what are you looking to get to?

You never questioned PE in your original post or others. So I take it you're looking past PE as a means of working for you? You're going to find much less people here that have done this than you would on the phalloboards or ETC. I don't recommend doing this, I recommend trying the more non-invasive approaches (PE). At least do your due-diligence elsewhere though. I don't think you're going to find much experience here from actual surgery goers as this is more of a place for PE'ers. I would at least browse the forum a bit and read some of the progress reports from members who've already made gains. Just to see the work involved, exercises, and ETC.

Even if you have the surgery you will still have to do PE afterwards. Why not just do the PE and save yourself some pain and money?

It is true and ridiculous. What the normal deal is you get the surgery, it costs about $5000USD, you have to heal and after that (making little to know gains) they send you home with a SizeGenetics or some other extender or the like. So basically the only thing you are getting from the surgery is risk until you survive all that and start doing natural PE...kind of ludicrous but true.

Did you include PMMA? That's also around $2000-3000 from what I recall (I think there is medical tourism for this though). OP never mentioned this. Just the ligament surgery (which doesn't do both).

Just buy a boat instead.

I don't want any sharp instruments anywhere around my most prized possession!:)

I'm going to echo what everyone else is saying and advise against the surgery! For much less money, you can get a SizeGenetics, Bathmate (great for temporary big size gains), clamps, cockrings, ACE wraps, silicone sleeve, and Lengthmaster or Bib hanger. It might be less immediate satisfaction, but your dick will function the whole time and there is 99.9% less risk involved. Judging by the fact that you only have 2 posts here, I doubt you have really exhausted your PE options.

If I were you, I'd start with DLD's beginner routine and a SizeGenetics-- the extenders seems to work best the less a penis is "toughened up" by PE. Then when you plateau, start hanging, pumping, clamping, and incorporating other manual techniques as you see fit for your goals.

Both doctors are probably partners and this guy could just be advertising their operation for some kind of comission. Welcome to advertising 101.
