PE Rest Days

Hi PE Tribe,

May this post find each of you well...

What do you normally do on PE Rest Days?

Do you add heat protocols to your rest days like moist heating pads? Penis massages? No activity at all?

Your insights would be appreciated as well as the why do what you do on PE rest days. :)

I was doing 2-3 days on but mostly 2 and then one day off for the first 1 and 3/4 months but the last 2 weeks I have been doing PE daily and plan to until I see or feel a need for a rest but the off days for me really I didn't do anything at all maybe a slight massage for a few minutes randomly while watching tv or something.
 
REST DAYS
I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.

The current program will have me doing an extended time off until next year hence I am looking at how everyone else handles rest days if at all.

Yes, sir...due to time constraints, I am doing a Less Is More protocol.

During this time period do not skip doing your Kegel work, This will help you maintain your size and strengthen your pelvic floor muscles while you’re waiting. I would also suggest you do the testicle Health massage and stretch is found in the Newbie Routine Two or three times a week. These two simple exercises will keep you straight into your ready to jump back in.
 
Exactly as DLD said! While not doing active PE workouts as in hanging, pumping, extending etc., it's still important to do Kegels and Testicle Health Massage.

I personally have a very slack routine as it is, as in I do get several rest days quite often.
One must rest to gain, that's for sure! ;)

But, with rest days and all, it's important to stay on top of the game.
Say you have a bad session and naturally do a rest day. Don't let that downfall get you, rise up and keep at it!
I find that coming to the forum keeps my mind in the game and therefore I'll do PE. I've had lapses where I didn't frequent MoS and naturally my training took a toll.

Less can be more, depending on a person! Some react to working out less better than going overtime.
It's a personal matter and one can find his limits. And of course at times one must push beyond those found limits to gain more.
 
Thanks, Friends...The kegel suggestion from you @DLD was baked into the program I'm following already. Thank you for confirming that the author is not blowing smoke. I haven't massaged the testicles in a while. I need to do this. Thank you for the suggestion for this too.

@arkailija You are correct. There is NO program that is one size (pun intended) fits all. We all need to customize based on PI's!
 
Good! The Testicle health and massage is awesome, it allows your penis to hang so much longer and heavier. You’ll love it!
 
All I can add, if its worth anything at this point, is when I start training again in the new year, on the off days I will be hitting the extender, and Phallosan as an ADS to continue to the growth phase.

Have been for the past several years, but 2019 I want to make it into the 9 inch NBPEL club.
 
I am about to start another round of SRT to see what can be added or adjusted to keep it up to date and fresh.
