Penis Enlargement Progressions
These numbers, of course, are not carved in stone - they're merely guidelines to illustrate the workout progression...
Sub-Novice: About 100-150, 3x / week (300-450 per week)
Novice: Maybe 250-350, 4x / week (1,000-1,400 per week)
Intermediate: At least 300, 5x / week (at least 1,500 per week)
Advanced: 400-600, 5x / week (2,000-3,000 per week)
Masters: 700-900, 5-7x / week (3,500-6,300 per week)
DLD does 700 jelqs daily, RedZulu does 1,000, luvdadus does 900 throughout the day; and, of course, there are "shocking" routines (plateau-busters, such as DLD's 700 2x/day 7 days per week - which is almost 10,000 jelqs per week).
The point is that there should be gradual progression, over time, of increasing volume and intensity. Too many guys are quick to dismiss Penis Enlargement - some after only a couple weeks, some before they even tried it.
Break this down into quarters (3-month periods)....
A beginner might total about 1,500 jelqs his 1st month, maybe 3,000 jelqs his 2nd month, and about 4,000 jelqs his 3rd month (about 8,500 jelqs in his 1st quarter - give or take). And by the time he's advanced, he's probably doing about 10,000 jelqs per month (about 30,000 per quarter vs. 8,500 for a newbie).
And many "pe masters" routinely do 3,500-4,500 jelqs per week (about 17,000 per month, 52,000 per quarter).
So, before you say that this "doesn't work," you should at least have about 6 months and 40,000 jelqs under your belt first (not to mention at least 20 hours of stretching - but probably much more).
I believe that if 95% of men out there took this approach, they'd become believers.
