New guys and vets alike....over the years I've seen guys, myself included, get carried away with their routines. They think doing more, faster is better. That is not usually the case and too many a time I have seen with myself and others that getting carried away with your exercises and, rushing into Penis Enlargement....doing too much too soon will only lead to injury. I've never seen ANYONE over the last 4 or 5 years that I've been involved in the community with varying levels of commitment to Penis Enlargement.....EVER gain over night like some guys ...especially new guys think you can with this stuff. Having a microwave....instant gratification mentallity will do you no good here. It takes time, and mostly determination to stay focused on your ultimate end result...your goal.

Good advice. The idea of hurting my dick frightens me and I've determined to approach things very slowly, easing into a regular routine and increasing pressure on stretching and jelqs gradually. I know a lot of the injuries I have read about here are of a temporary nature, but any pain has to be nerve-racking.

 What was it like to burst a vein? Was it serious and how did you heal it?

Guess I commented on this in the other thread too. I remember reading about a burst blood vessel, but I didn't realize it was you. Did you get a significant amount of blood loss or discoloration? It was seem to me it would be difficult to stop such a thing, if the rupture in the vein was significant.

After writing a similar post myself i think this post should be brought forward so it reminds everyone how much of a journey PE is . I have only been doing PE consistently for 6 months but I know it's a long time investment of hard work and positive mental attitude. With stillwantmore being a vet people might take his advice more than they would from a newbie like myself.

It takes patience, perseverance, tenacity, will, commitment, imagination, mental strength, and the ability to see beyond the now. Stilly is spot-on with his commentary about today's 'instant gratification' society and that's where we separate ourselves from the wave of The Over-Indulged populace.

Thank you very much for commenting on this Big Schwanz Acht, and I must say you put it brilliantly! ! With another vet like yourself with the correct attitude to PE saying what you have said hopefully others will understand that this undertaking is a long journey but a prosperous one.
Having worked with people young and adults I try and get the message across that anything that comes easy isn't worth having. PE is far from easy but the rewards are huge if you are willing to stick to it.

The only instant gratification is the fast food chain. Even so we end up sick to our stomachs. Haha but a lot of what you said to describe what it takes to push forward with PE is true.

Instant gratification will often manifests into procrastination...
...it’s a form of self-sabotage where you get absorbed with indulging in the temptations of life at the cost of your long-term goals.

Quite true once them goals are achieved people can get a bit relaxed too...but that can be a bad idea cause we can forget our main goals..

Yeah i feel procrastination all the time. Don't know how I even got really good grades in highschool with my type of procrastination. All 4 years. Then college came and I'm doing well but procrastination is like why do that today when i can enjoy my time, what if i die tomorrow. I know you're referring to something else but it just reminded me of things.

Want to grow your dick but you're hella lazy? then welcome to surgery!$$$
