I started PE about 8 years ago and for whatever reason I stopped. But as of late I found my old size genetics extender and decided to really commit and see what I can really make happen.
My main goal is length. I’ve only checked my erect length and I’m at 5 7/8” and my wishful goal is 8” erect length some day. I dont even know where to begin really. I’ve been doing some manual stretches with my hands I saw on DLD’s beginner routine then after I throw on the sizegenetics extender for as long as I can.
I work a physical job so wearing the extender at work isn’t really an option so I can only do PE once I get home until I get to sleep which is about 6-7 hours. I’ve been considering buying the silistretcher and the lengthmaster soon but I need to save up for those and I really wanna pace myself at first to avoid any injuries.
Can anyone help with a solid routine until I can buy those new devices? And when do I know to advance my routines and move on to something a little more complex?

I can definitely help you with the routine. I am at guru.dld@gmail.com email me there and we can start working on a custom routine. There is no charge for this so do not worry.
