PATRIOTS!!! Superbowl Champs!!!

I hate pro sports...more of a business, just like christianity. This is just my opinion though.

Damn, McNabb kind of choked, I must admit. Hard to pin down what else went wrong for the Eagles besides the fact that the offense occassionaly has all the hustle of cold roadkill. It just seemed like New England had a few more weapons to grind them down with offensively (obviously the running game was consistent), and Tom Brady is the real deal under pressure. I thought Owens made quite a showing though. It's easy to criticize the guy, but I don't think anybody can say that he's not a great player.

I'm no New England fan, but that's one hell of a team.

Yeah...Mcnabb is a house of cards under pressure...poor time management on the last touchdown drive... TO had injections before the game and at half time... He made a difference but he didn't get behind the secondary and he didn't score... Rodney Harrison and Tedy Bruschi should have been co-MVPS.... Brady had another great game with no mistakes... except the one fumble...which he got back... the officials on the Eagles first long drive made two of the worst calls I've ever seen in a game.... A touch personal foul on Rosevelt Colvin and the illegal contact were just garbage... that's my rant for the day though... Westbrook played well... and Fred X...well nonexistent when TO is playing... Harrison had more picks than Mr. Fred had catches.... Ohhh and what about the no call on the pick play... That was a joke and to call the personal foul on that same play... give me a break... I hate bad officiating in general....just makes the game slower and it makes the league look rediculous... which I think they do pretty well without the officials help... Anyway the PATS are Wrodl Champs that's all that matters....

And if you're going to attack christianity as a business...please attack it as man's church and the extensions of man's church... Christianity as in those who serve Christ and don't simply sit in the pews on Sundays and have true Faith, are not the samething... So please refrain from thinking these two entities are the same...They are two completely different things all together...

I think McNabb is going to see some fall out for that came. The guy is still undisputably blue-chip, but making that many mental errors at the superbowl is something people don't forget about. You're right about Owens as well, I was wowed that he was able to do what he did, but it's clear that he wasn't the kind of threat he could have been. When he's on his game, very few secondaries can overcome him when he's got a playmaker like Mcnabb throwing to him.

I also agree that the reffing was poor. I would have loved to see a game with Ty Law playing and Owens full strength. Doesn't much matter for the patriots though, they seemed to have the depth on both sides to cover anything.

Eagles coach should be held accountable for that lose. That last scoring drive with hundle took ridiculous amount of time.

Pisses me off seeing Dilon get that ring, after all the crying he did with Cincy for so long.

Congrats to the Patriots. One hell of a football team. Big Birds' fan myself, but you can't make that many mistakes in the SB and expect to win.

againstodds.... come on man he was playing for the bengals... He'd gain 1300+ a year and they would lose almost every week... putting out a huge amount of effort and not seeing any returns for 9 seasons gets old fast... when the organization you're playing for doesn't seem to care whether they win or lose, wouldn't you complain just a little bit???
