What does the majority use? Palm down or Palm up jelqs? It seems that the palm down can grip better at the base and feels like you can squeeze a bit harder.

What do you master Penis Enlarg0rs think ;)

Depends on the exercise...However, when I'm jelquing I'll usually alternate, going Palm up one one pass, then Palm Down on the next. I don't know why I do that, but it's just a habit that I've gotten into.

When you say "palm down" do you mean that if you look down while jelqing all you'll see is the back of your hand? If so, I've always jelqed "palms up"....which for me means my palms are facing my shaft, and more in contact with the underside of my cock. I've always been able to trap more blood better that way.

I never was into "palms down" jelqing. Just didn't feel right to me. But everybody's different.

Do you kegel in lots of blood before you do each jelq or just jelq away?

Um, I don't kegel on every jelq rep, but I do recommend kegels during jelqing. Sometimes you need to do 'em.

Oh yeah, and the only time I use a "palms down" grip is when I wanna clamp off for doing Ulies and Horses by hand. I got big hands, and I can get closer to the extreme base of my cock with a palms down grip.

I jelk palms down. I know DLD recommends palms up, but I just can't get it to work that way. I end up pulling skin, my ballsack, etc. instead of the internal shaft. Also, with palms down, I can "dig in" further to pull more blood into the shaft when I jelk. I would like to make it work the other way, because with the palms down, there's a lot of stress on my thumbs and they pretty much ache all the time. But jelquing palms up is a no-go for me.

I used to do Palms Up exclusively as it was easier for me. After reading somewhere a description by someone that they felt they got a better workout by doing Palms Down, I thought I'd give it another try.

In short order, I went from roughly 5.25" girth to 5.33" in girth. I also felt that by doing Palms Down while pulling at a slight down angle, I was getting a mini-Lig Stretch feeling when jelqing that was not present previously when I did Palms Up.

I eventually worked some Palms Up back into my routine on occasion, but only as kind've a "shock routine" thing to do something different. Most workouts I'd do Palms Down, then the next time while jelqing I might alternate between Up and Down for a change of pace and feeling (i.e. 10 strokes one way, then 10 using the other, etc).
