pain threshold and time?

Will workout for short periods and surprised I'm not feeling it the next day.

Perhaps, I'm not working out long enough, or hard enough in one sitting. I've put the 'tool' though heavy workouts in the past, pumping jeqling and felt it afterwards.

Doing the DLD Blasters, hand / wrist, and the stretch and pc muscle workout.

Was thinking of breaking out a home-made stretcher that hasn't been used in a long time, adding that to the mix. Using the stretcher along with pc muscle workout.

*g* That would free-up the hands while working out.

Suspect that part of the high threshold for 'feeling it' the day after is due to having done Penis Enlargement on and off for years. The 'tool' has been conditioned to workouts.

This is a wise way to think. A lot of men get discouraged because they expect to have "growing pains". This is not always the case. Some men will be sore after a workout till the next day and make minimal gains. Some men will have no soreness and make monster gains. Post-workout pain is not the best way to measure growth or if a workout is sucessful....A RULER IS.

I have to agree with this. I was always working out to the point where I would still feel the "ache" in my shaft after an intense girth session and having minimal gains. I gotta tell you guys that's its a tough habit to break but if you are training like this and not gaining like I was chances are you're overtraining. I know now that I was, but since I started DLD's program I just do the workout as it is laid out and that's it. I can feel that the gains will be coming again, I'm starting to feel a little heavier and post workout flacid pump is improving and sticks around for longer and longer periods of time as I progress. All I can say is that post workout pain does not mean gains nor does it mean fatigue. Fatigue simply means too tired or stressed and your penis needs to rest for a few hours.
