i had taken a bit of a break from stretching so when i got back into it i did it intense for about a week and there was some good pain from the stretching but it eventually dissapears and its hard to be able to stretch and still have pain which i think is needed to make gains

should i just take a few days off and wait for everything to heal so i can get some pain back? i think thats a good idea

Post-Penis Enlargement soreness may be a decent indicator for some but not all. I have gone months without post-Penis Enlargement soreness but still have made good gains. My advice is to continue on your stretching routine intensifying it as you reach plateaus. The only way to chart your gains is with a ruler so get a decent measuring device and keep a close eye on your progress. You can measure daily doing a flaccid bone pressed stretch measurement...this will let you see any and all gains as they happen. If you go a couple of weeks with no length gain you have hit a plateau and you should add intensity and/or reps to the set.
