I think the reason I've been gaining length fairly consistently is because I'm putting my dick through hell. Actually all of the pain is coming from the V-blasters which absolutely burn. I've even been wussing out on how many I do lately, not because I can't be bothered but because it hurts too much. :hammering

So just wondering, how much does your routine hurt you?

I never had pain when I was hanging like crazy, but thats when I was making great gains. My penis was however, constantly fatigued with a very good 'worked' feeling to it. I only stopped hanging temporarily because the bib starter was borderline too small for my girth then and the full sized bib too big for my girth then. The starter was giving me a very bad stretch mark on top of my penis that was scabbing over and giving me a real problem because of this. I plan to hit my girth goal and then get back into hanging with the full sized bib hanger ...I know it will fit me much better then.

So, to answer your question, yes, I personally believe...as do BIB and DLD...two of the best length gainers I know of...that MORE is better when it comes to training for length .
 
I do not feel as though i am getting a good workout unless i get a sort of burning stinging sensation when i am stretching , this is something that i feel is IMO necessary for gains, i base this on the fact that just over 2 years ago i tried all this stuff and 1) never felt the above sensations and 2) i did it for 5-6 months and only gained about 1/8" in length and 3) i have been peing for only about 10 weeks know and have gained 5/8".

So i think some mild pain is definitely a good thing.

There is such a fine line between making gains and injury. Understanding if it is pain or fatigue can be equally difficult. Much of this knowledge comes with experience. Over time I think most men who Penis Enlargement recognize this margin in both areas and are able to push it more and more. For myself length is something I could do all day and as long as I did not cross the injury threshold I would be fine. Girth is entirely different for me and too much would no doubt cause injury. I try to keep my girth sessions very specific and timed.

I also push my workouts to the limit. Have not tried to cross the barrier of pain. Don't want that setback from injury. I do get very intense workouts though. I think there is a threshold point for injury and I am there and very caution not to cross it. You just can't gain if you don't push it a little.

Very true. With time and practice everyone who sticks with Penis Enlargement will learn this threshold.
