Everything I have tried so far is not working.

Tried different silicon cushions - too tight at base or still get biting pain in base.

Also tried different sleeves and still too much biting pain at base.

Tried 1.75 tube and it was more comfortable at base but it was too small.

Using 2” tube, I get biting pain at base.

Tried using lower pressure (4 HG or less) and get too little pull so no results.

I need at least 5 HG to feel I am doing anything.

Seems like pressure at base is the limiting factor with pumping. Seems like most of pressure is going to the base.

Maybe I need to order a custom cylinder of 1.875” diameter.

Would like to hear from anyone who uses a comfortable pump cylinder with little or no pain at base and what brand they are using.

Also, has anyone tried the following cylinder? If so, is it comfortable at base?

Thanks,

Frydog

I do not have a lot of experience with air pumping but many of the problems you have listed I have heard from many men who air pump. I hope you get some good feedback. My only advice is to try a BathMate and see if that works better for you.

I have tried several bathmates.

Same issue with the bathmate. Most of the pressure ends up getting applied to the base.

Also don't like that the bathmate has no pressure gauge. Got injured because of this.

I have been using the BM x40 xtreme and i have felt that pinch at the base too you have to learn to control the pressure imho,I own a BM wht a valve and is quite comfortable to use, besides getting the hang of it is not that simple.. But the results can be great after a reasonable period time of time using the device..

Probably you aren't conditioned well enough and you also gave up too soon on the bathmate.

Do not give up before the miracle. If you do what will happen is you will start out of the game until you get the motivation back and you will have to start all over. If gains are lacking in active PE there is something wrong, something missing, maybe not enough intensity, possibly poor form, or many other factors that can prevent growth. If you get to the point of frustration about your gains PLEASE come and ask for help. I really do not like watching Brothers go off without making their desired gains. There is not one man who was not gaining that came for sincere help that did not start growing. Use the Brotherhood for advice, for motivation, for council in your time of need. We are here for you!

Difficult case. Most men get pain that emits into the lower back or they get pain between shaft and scrotum.

3inHG is a good value to work with. Alternative is cycling between 3 and 10. At 3inHG you should have 90% expansion in length.

Physically pressure is exerted on all surfaces within the cylinder at the same magnitude.

Flared cylinders can be helpful (VacuTech Flared, Thickwalled UK Deluxe Flange). But the Bathmate is still more comfortable at the base.

I myself am using Thickwalled UK 4x12" with a large silicone comfort seal cycling between 3 and 6 inHG. Whithin the first 5 minutes the shaft is soft but then it gets rigid. I don't know why this happens. As I said pressure is distributed equally within the tube according to physics. Since the scrotum is in the cylinder during pumping I eliminated all pain so that I can have 45 minutes sessions.

Just to be clear...the pain you're feeling is at the base of your dick (like it's being 'pulled' too hard) or the base of the pump where it seals against your pelvis?
