Hi Guys, I wanted to ask if you thought I was doing to much, i.e., over training. Here is my current routine, one that I have been doing for about (2) weeks now. This is mainly due to my last “slam down”
1. Morning Girth Routine (clamp, pump or Jelq and variations in between) for about 40 minutes.
2. During shower I clamp to keep girth. I then “Re-Load” the gun (penis) and re-clamp.
3. Drive to work for 40 minutes with Semi-Hard clamped penis.
4. Remove clamp and rest penis for ½ hour or so.
5. 15 minutes of stretching (A, V, TOW, DLD Pulses, etc). I do these maybe 6 or 7 times during the day. Yeah, long crapper breaks!
6. In between the stretching I wear my Tugger ADS.
7. Clamp a semi hard penis for the 40 minute ride home.
8. Relax.
9. Do some BTC stretching at night for maybe 20-30 minutes (both pulsed and non-pulsed). This is something I can do while laying on the couch and appear pretty discreet.
10. Go to bed.
Well, do you think I am over doing it? I wanted to shock some length gains, haven’t seen any, but then again, I haven’t measured!
