Can somebody tell me how it's possible to overtrain doing girth exercises, yet it is impossible with stretches ? I mean, they basically work the same way, stretching the tunica and other tissues. Stretching does it length -wise, squeezes/jelqs /whatever does it width wise. Does it make any sense that you can overtrain stretching width-wise, but not when stretching length -wise? Definitely not to me...

It makes sense to me just don't know how to explain it i guess. I suppose you overtrain by doing girth because of all the blood flow and expanding, where when u just stretch u just stretching tissue but not engourging it with blood. I mean i don't get read spots from just stretching i do from girth though. Hard question to answer.

I don't believe it is impossible with stretching , it just requires far more strain.

While stretching focuses on systems such as ligaments and pulling stuff forward, it is not really anything that is easily damaged in comparison to other parts of the penis. Also, stretching exercises are typically done in a flaccid state, without the blood there to induce injury it is far less likely. I have heard more of injuries with erect stretching than any type of manual stretching .

As for girth, blood is constantly circulating around in an increased pressure to induce expansion. So blood vessels can burst, stress is being put on systems normally used to a certain amount of stress that have low tolerances.

I think the key factor in ease of overtraining would be the blood/erection. The penis was designed to hold a certain amount of pressure, but in doing girth workouts we increase that pressure to see growth beyond 100%. Just my 2 cents.

werd I get red spots after I do my girth workout

I hope this isnt overtraining :O
No this isn't overtraining. This is normal. When you lose the ability to get an erection even a day or two after your workout, or other severe stuff like that, THEN it's overtraining. Red spots are good, just be careful not to let them become permanent discoloration. Unless you don't mind discoloration.

thats funny bc i can do girth for as long as i feel like it really, and i get a red dot or 2, but nothing bad, but if i only stretch like 15 minutes a few times a week, and i honestly have a weak boner afterwards, it takes a few hours to become useable and 24 hours to fully recover. e.g i hate stretching .

I should clarify when I mean overtraining, I mean gains slowing/stopping.

Results of girth work such as spots, soreness, and stressed blood vessels, assume you keep this under control. Then what is stopping you from doing daily girth workouts, 2X daily etc?
I've heard people say: "no wonder why you're not making progress, you're doing way too much girth work". How could this happen, when it seems like it stretches the tissues just like length work would??

The whole idea behind overtraining comes from the weightlifting mentallity. Granted the penis isn't a muscle, but the same principles can be applied to get optimal growth...

Say you want to build up your biceps, what do you do? Do you go the gym and do bicep curls everday for 4 months straight? No. You hit your biceps hard one day per week, so that they have enough time to heal and recover in an enlarged state.

Overtraining in Penis Enlargement is essentially the same: you're putting too much stress on your penis and it is proving to be counterproductive moreso then if you were to scale your routine back. Growth occurs during resting, not during workouts.

With bodybuilding, you stimulate the muscle and physiological processes cause growth. Interrupting those processes through say another workout will interrupt, and you are left with little or no results.

With Penis Enlargement its just simple physics. The more/harder you stretch the tissues the longer they will get. Ok, there's a bit more to it than that, such as new cell growth. I don't know much about the science of traction, but I know that it happens when the tissues are in a stretched state.

Ok, consider these guys: DLD, SWM and BIB . 3 of the biggest gainers in Penis Enlargement. All three at times have had ridiculous Penis Enlargement schedules. Hanging /stretching for over 3 hours per day. I don't think it's a coincidence. It's evident from their results that extra stretching will only accelerate growth.
