Can somebody tell me how it's possible to overtrain doing girth exercises, yet it is impossible with stretches ? I mean, they basically work the same way, stretching the tunica and other tissues. Stretching does it length -wise, squeezes/jelqs /whatever does it width wise. Does it make any sense that you can overtrain stretching width-wise, but not when stretching length -wise? Definitely not to me...
