I’ve been trying to make it through the night with phallosan and I’ve still been getting results with just a few hours, but should i continue with the current and see if i can build up to the current tension or should i decrease the tension and go from there?

I will suggest you stick with the current way you have been doing it since you are seeing results. If it has been more than 3 months, I will suggest you switch things up by increasing intensity and duration of wearing the device.

DO you mean at night? I would set the tension at a medium setting and see how long you can go, if it seems too intense you can lighten the intensity but if you wake and everything is good sticking with the tension being used. You want to get through 8 hours so I would not rush it, rtest it until you get there. 4 hours the first week, 6 hours the next then go for a full 8.

Yeah, i mean overnight sleeping, but what i wasn’t clear about is that i wake up after a few hrs in discomfort. Mild, but enough to wake me. So you’d suggest less tension to start it seems? Because I’m sure not doing 8 hrs, more like 2-4

It's best to start with low tension when sleeping with it especially when it is your first time.

And set alarms for the first week or two. I would check half way through the night to be sure everything is cool. If things look good go for the night.

Exactly my thoughts.

That is the general protocol to be sure your sleeping positions do not interfere with the Phallosan.

IMO, instead of sleeping with the Phallosan, I will get a length master, use it for 40 minutes and wear the Phallosan for 8 hours during the day.

That will work too, or even add the night eventually and get 16 hours!

Such move will lead to super gains.

It would be a pretty cool way to heal and train. Go heavy and intense during the 8 day hours for gains and go light for the 8 hours of sleep to heal.

Most people using the phallosan rarely use it at max tension.

Max tension should be used at all gaining sessions, the only time intensity should dialed back is for healing and overnight use.

Unfortunately, this gospel wasn't preached to those who owns a Phallosan and I think the reason why most people don't use it at mas tension is because the condom sleeve is not durable.

That problem only happens after the condom rips and they do provide 4 extra for free so until the new sleeves are ready men will need to deal with this. But anyone can go all tension and a condom will last at least 2 months. When the new sleeves come they are guaranteed for 1 year. So owning a Phallosan is very smart. It is also the best selling extender on the market now.

My condom sleeve lasted only for 7 days when I used it at max tension. Remember I once bought a Phallosan.

Yes I remember but in general the complaints do not come in until about the 1st or 2nd month. We need to deal with this for a little while longer, patience.

We are all waiting for the big announcement.
