Ive been doing pe for a bit over 3 months.. just lerking in forums and gaining information and trying to get informed, I think im a slow gainer because ive got signs of progress but no real gains.

My measurements are 6.5" bpel and 5 inches girth

Ive got increased veins and a larger flaccid length but thats pretty much it. My routine basically consists of lots of stretching , some jelqing and ulis for girth. Any tips? :(

What do you want most? Length /girth? What type of stretching are you doing? Doing anything like bundled A stretches ? If not seriously consider them. They are all I do for length recently and I'm going to be posting a nice gain this month. Youre starting at close to what I started at (6x5). Dont lose hope man, it can be done! Try to post more detailed info. You probably just need to change something you are doing. Also, how much time per day do you honestly have to do Penis Enlargement...in other words what less important hobbies like T.V., knitting, etc can you give up for a while to make your dick bigger?

WELCOME TO THE FORUM:)

What type of stretches are you doing? How many sets and for how long? How long are your jelqing sessions? What erection strength are you jelqing at? Are they wet or dry jelqs? How long is each stroke? Answer these and I'm sure some of us can try to work out a solid routine for you.

Im aiming mostly for length and i do mostly stretching and dont do jelqing,ulis very often because i get red spots easily.

The stretches i do are A-stretches ,lazy ass stretches ,under the leg stretches ,crouching stretches . I hope you know what i mean cos i dont know if thats the proper names for them.

DLD, i usually try and jelq at 50% or below erection so its more length orientated and so i dont get red spots. I do them fairly slowly.

What are bundled A-stretches ? If you guys can help me out ill do it because ive got plenty of time to do pe

Hey Hoping.... hit the search button and type in bundled a stretch clarification and you should get all the info you need. Next let me tell you that I did pe for many months with NO gains. Finally I was advised to try the jelq at higher erection levels. I tried them for about 2 weeks and noticed growth for the first time. THIS IS NOT FOR A BEGINNER! If you have exercised for 3 months then I would suggest maybe 75% erection and give it a try. Since the growth started for me in like May 2003 I have gained 2 inches. I do not do the erect jelq very often now as it gives girth gains as well as length . I don't want more girth till I add another in ch or so. Hope this helps bud.... Any more questions just yell.

C-guy, that's awesome (2"+)! So your gains came primarily from erect jelqing?
1)How many strokes do you do per session?
2)Do you do it in one session on your "on" day, or do you split it into a morning session and evening session on the on day?
3)When you started getting gains what was your split schedule (5 on 2 off, 2 on 1 off, etc)?
4)How long does your session last per sitting?

Let me try to explain this Apostle.

My gains started when I began the erect jelqing. 80-100% and I repeat DO NOT TRY THIS IF YOU ARE NEW TO Penis Enlargement. After i started to make some gains i switched to a more normal routine. I did various stretches 5 times a day. Keep in mind that at the time I was working 3 jobs.My stretch sessions were before work in the am, then during every break and lunch at work, a 20 min stretch on the ride home from work. At night I would do the erect jelqing. In all honesty i probably spent 90-120 minutes a day doing this 5-6 days a week. I realize this routine is not for everyone but for me it came to .... what was i willing to give up to find the time to get the gains.

Having said that , let me say that i would still be doing this routine today BUT 2 months ago i totally screwed up a finger at work making it impossible to do manual pe effectively. I sanded the top of the right index finger to the bone on a belt sander. It is just beginning to heal. Because of the injury I had to switch to using a BIB hanger . I am hanging 2-3 hours a night but the gains are not nearly as fast as with the manual routine (for me). Hope this helps.

you proved what I had in mind. First your erect jelqing creates the micro tears. The 5 times stretching throughout the day works both to increase microtears and also like a traction (in other words tugging at the unit throughout the day is somewhat equivalent to keeping the member stretched in traction using an all day stretcher), which probably spurts hyperplasia/hypertrophy. I've been into Penis Enlargement since May and registered only 0.25"gain to the current 6 3/8 by 5.5. I guess I gotta start tugging the pecker all day long. The pattern I think is to first do an intense session either in the morn or afternoon to first produce the tears. Then followup with toilet stretches throughout the day....
