Stretches: OoPaperCutoO's "Anchor Stretch ," DLD Blasters, V-Stretch , Squat Stretch (also do bundled variations of each of these)

Girth: Wet Jelqs, Power Jelqs, Dry Jelqs, @#%$ Bends, Squeezes, Redzulu's "The Presser"

Supplements: Multivitamin, Glutamine, Tribulus, Magnesium, Zinc, Creatine, Whey Protein

:-7.10.03-: Finally mustered up the will to begin my routine again, after taking approximately 2.5 weeks off out of sheer laziness. Today was a girth day, with a superset consisting of wet jelqs, "the presser," and "dld bends." Warm up and warm down were both done in a tub of hot bath water .
:-verdict-: A relatively successful day. Not my best workout by any means, but more then worthy enough considering I'm coming off a 2.5 week layoff. Hopefully I'll see some accelerated gains, as I was given more then enough time to fully recover. *** (3 stars)

:-7.11.03-: Today was a length day. Routine consisted of squat stretch , dld blasters (normal and bundled ), and oopapercutoo's anchor stretch (normal and bundled ) for the ligs. For the tunica I used the v-stretch (normal and bundled ) and also multidirectional stretching . Also did some dry jelqs and took care of my warm up and warm down in a tub of hot bath water .
:-verdict-: This was one of my better lig routines, although I felt that my tunica workout was a little bit lacking. However, I'll correct that on my next length day. Overall, a pretty good day. **** (4 stars)

:-7.12.03-: Girth day. 3rd day back into routine, and everything's going well. Did all of the same exercises as in my first girth session; wet jelqs, "the presser," and "dld bends." Warm up done with insertion into a hot water bottle, warm down done in hot shower .
:-verdict-: Pretty good girth day if I do say so myself. Everything was clicking on all cylinders, and I looked especially swollen during a few squeezes that I through in at the end of the session (a very pleasant surprise). Hopefully my determination will stay right where it's at, and my motivation won't falter anymore. **** (4 stars)

:-7.14.03-: Length day. Skipped a day yesterday, as I couldn't find enough alone time to fit in my entire routine. Did the typical length routine (i.e. same as on 7.11.03), with warm up and warm down in tub of ht bath water . Did about 20 minutes worth of dry jelqs following my warm down, just to try and get some fresh blood pumped into my glans.
:-verdict-: Great routine today. I really felt as though I was making progress with today's routine. I can't think of a single thing that I would change about the routine I executed today. ***** (5 stars, awesome day)

:-7.15.03-: Today was of course a girth day. Did all of my usual girth exercises. I timed my routine today for the hell of it, and excluding the warmup and warm down it was 35 minutes. Warm up was done with insertion into hot water bottle, and warm down was done in a hot shower .
:-verdict-: Exceptional routine today. I took great care to see to it that with every jelq repetition I really worked to expand every square inch. I'm definately heading in the right direction, let's just hope that I can keep this up. **** (4 stars, solid routine today)

:-7.16.03-: Length day. Added new stretch to my routine in the form of Redzulu's Tug of War stretch . Did approximately 35 minutes of lig stretches and 20 minutes of tunica stretching today. Warm up and warm down both taken care of in tub of hot bath water . Today was also the first day for me to use 2 golf gloves in my stretches (previously had only used one on the left hand).
:-verdict-: WOW! I don't know if I've ever had a better length day than what I experienced today. The addition of the golf glove on my right hand really helped me out with my bundled stretches . Redzulu's Tug of War stretch is definately finding a place in my routine after the workout I felt today. Again, WOW! ***** (5 stars, best routine ever!)

:-7.17.03-: Girth day, and oh what a girth day it was. Performed every exercise that I've been using, plus threw in an older exercise I used to use that I've deemed OoPaperCutoO's Crank Shaft. Warm up and warm down both done in bath tub, as is usually the case.
:-verdict-: Oh my God, if everyday's workouts could be like the ones I experienced today and yesterday I would undoubtedly be 2' long by now. Today was quite simply the most intense girth routine I've performed, EVER. OoPCoO's Crank Shaft has definately found a place in my routine as it allows me to force blood into targetted areas of the penile chambers. I'm the king of the world! ***** (5 stars, well on my way to 6"+ girth!)

:-7.18.03-: Length day. Performed all of my usual exercises, plus Redzulu's TOW stretch which I added in my last routine. Didn't bother timing today's routine, just focussed on stretching . Warm up and warm down both done in hot bath tub.
:-verdict-: An overall good day. Not near as exemplary as my last length day, but not every day can be perfect. I didn't get as good of a stretch from the blasters as I usually do, I'm thinking I may need to further the bundle with another twist when doing these. Everything else went off without a hitch. **** (4 stars, good day overall)
