As we all know that tunica is a real tough bastard. I decided yesterday if it was ok to stretch only to the right where my stretch is strongest, so I will be only stretching the left side of my tunica . I will do this for 1-1/2 to 2 hours day. I really want to see if tunica stretching will work for me thats why I will concentrate on one side for now. Do you guys think this is a good idea?
