Being that a few other members have "online journals" of their Penis Enlargement routines, I thought I would make one too, for self-motivation. I started at:

5.5" NBPenis EnlargementL
5.0" EG

and I'm shooting for:

7.5" NBPenis EnlargementL
6" EG

I'm hoping to achieve this within a year, if sooner, awesome, if not... I'll get there! Today was my second "real" day (I practiced two days earlier but do not count) on DLD's newbie program. The stretching took approx. 15 minutes (1 set for 1 min, 2 sets for 30 seconds) followed by the jelqing, which I finally felt I did a decent job today. My dick was pumped for awhile after, giving my flaccid a more full look, which hopefully one day will stay that way.

I do have a question though... during the jelq, should I be in continuous motion to keep the blood trapped (its hard for me to stay aroused the whole time, so I find myself stopping to get it back up)? Also, is it possible to achieve my goals within the time I'm shooting for with only my hands (without the other products... sorry, they kind of scare me)? Will post when I have more interesting details about my Penis Enlargement adventure

Oh yeah... after the jelqing has been completed, and my dick is pumped, do I still go ahead with the testicle massage (which involves stretching the penis straight up)? I didn't want to mess with the semi-pump I had going on

You don't have to jelq nonstop for the whole time. If you need to pause for a few seconds to get engorged enough, then do it. A year may be enough time, or it may not. You may be a hardgainer. We'll have to wait and see. I'm also afraid of attaching stuff to my penis. But I've made an exception for cable clamps. You won't find a better girth workout. You will probably eventually have to do something like this because girth gains are very tough to get for most people. Length should be no trouble. You can still do the testicle routine after you get done jelqing, I don't think it will be detrimental. But if you're worried about it, maybe do your testicle stuff right before bed.

I was thinking / stressing about my summer routine, because my mom is full korean which = nosy, micromanaging etc etc. I just know im not going to have enough time to do full sessions of phase I, and by that time, I should be on phase II. So, since my main goal is length at this point, should I just get a good length routine for the 3 months my privacy is gone? Still have another 6 weeks on DLD's newbie !

Time for commando training, just use what time you have available. Do your workouts when she is asleep, out shopping, at relatives, work etc etc. Just look for opportunities and you *will* find them!

Had a pretty good session right now... Wondering if I'm taking to long. Doing DLD's newbie routine, and it's taking me 35-40 minutes for the strething and the jelqs. Also had questions about hitting mainly length for now, and if I should change up anything to focus more on length . Felt some fatigue.... might rest soon, but I've gone four days strong!

Had a question that I thought of... is it okay to Penis Enlargement at like 8:30 am and then lift at like 4:30 p.m?

Time sounds right mate for how long you've been doing it. You do get a bit quicker but don't stress about time, focus on quality.
Jelqs and stretches are good all around exercises and dont one wont hinder the growth of the other.
I would recommend you take at least one day off in a week, whether or not you feel like it, but thats just my opinion :)

Had a good sessions again last night... Didn't really have trouble with erections until the cranking, but... I just "cranked" em out. Got a good pump after jelqing, and realized I want my flaccid to look like that at all times... so if anyone has suggestions, that would be great. But I assume flaccid size comes with erect size, so we shall wait and see.

Continuing DLD's newbie program, nothing really different, except on the last set per stretch , I hold it for a minute. Got too hard during the jelqs and noticed a bump floating around the penis (looked like that thrombosed vein thing) but once I got back to 70-80% erection, it went away. Still trying to get a hang of this thing, but already after 5 days straight, I feel much more accustomed to the routine. EXCEPT, does anyone know how to get baby oil off?? Goddamn, that shit is crazy.

But all is well over here, going 6 on 1 off, then on sunday, I'm going to begin Penis Enlargement'ing in the morning... too awkward telling my roomate im going to sleep... then walking out with a bulge in my shorts happier then ever saying I wasn't tired. So starting sunday, it's Penis Enlargement in the morning, testicle and PC muscle excersises before bed.

Also... anyone get gains off Phase I, and if so, how much? I'm going to stay on it until Mid-may when I go home, and then hopefully DLD and I go over a good length routine only, because I know I wont have time at home to do both. And stretching would be a lot easier to lie about if caught then having a giant, greased up boner, beating it like it owed me money.... Good luck to me, and to levista too, my personal respondant :eek:)

Im really getting frustrated with gripping during the upwards stretches ... i cant hold onto it for more than 30 seconds. Any tips or anything, im pissed! :eek:P

Also, I am getting pretty aroused on the roatary stretches .... I just finish em partly aroused, is this okay? And could someone give me some pointers on what a good stretch feels like? Thanks!

hey bro--you should try using some surgical gloves--i've been using them lately and man it feels like im gonna rip my dick from my body---it got me scared at first but then i was like "naw im not gonna pull my dick off,,,,theres those guys in China or somewhere where they move cars and planes with there dicks,,,so i guess the penis is very strong"

Well... besides my two above complaints, everything else is going okay. Had a pretty crappy Penis Enlargement session tonight, my roomate and girl were making too much noise in the kitchen, and i thought every 5 seconds they were gonna come knockin... so I kept going limp during the jelqs, only busted out about 250. Still got pumped though, so thats cool.

Gonna start Penis Enlargement'ing in the morning now, might take tomorrow off, because if not, that would only be like 8 hours rest for the little man. Any pointers, tips, or anything is much appreciated

This is where anger defeats you. Take a breath, clear your head and reapply your grip. It's not important if you loose your grip and getting pissed won't grow your manhood any quicker :) When it happens to me I regrip myself and add 5 seconds on to my finishing time. It's not going to make a discernable difference if you stretch for 30 secs or for 2 sets of 15 secs, you are still doing 30 seconds overall.

Me, I'm only doing the grips for 30 seconds anyway :)

It's really hard to describe for me personally. I didn't feel a thing until about week 3, when i felt like something had changed internally up behind the penis after stretching . Something was just fatigued, much like my bicep might be after the gym.
Shortly after I started to get occasional pains in the main shaft of the penis, quick abrupt shooting pains that i still get from time to time (strangely most often on my off days) so i know I am healing from the pain (your body *will* heal what hurts after all).

So what i am saying is it took me a few weeks mate, and now I *can* tell when i've got a good stretch going on. Your penis will literally say to you "ah yes, this is good, a little more, ahhhhh, thats it!" :) You are making good solid consistent progress Luke, keep up the good work :)

This is a training quote which I feel could appy to Penis Enlargement;

You must try and achieve a higher and higher level of performance, or you never will. You'll get stuck in the comfort zone, and your body will not be forced to adapt; Therefore even though you may be Penis Enlargement'ing regularly, you won't get results.

In other words, never just go through the motions, work that penis hard!
