Alright man, here's my secret formula so to speak.
I take my viagra about 30-45 minutes before hand...sometimes an hour before if I've eaten late. Then, I start. I use baby oil gel for lube. About a quarter sized amount. I get fully erect, and then I perform my first base squeeze or "uli" or whatever you want to call it. The grip is a "ok" grip with the index finger and thumb pressing against the pubic bone and pinkie away from your body....the overhand grip. I squeeze off as tight as I can and hold that squeeze for about 20 seconds. I then perform a quick kegel....that consists of a move that takes a little practice to execute properly, but is easy to learn. You hold your first squeeze for that 20, then you quickly ease up a little on your grip, kegel, then re-tighten your grip and hold it for another 20. I do five of these, alternating my gripping hand when it gets tired, then I get fully erect again, squeeze off at the base as above, do the ease up/kegel/re-tighten move a couple times to get the max amount of expansion with the extra blood that gets pumped in by the kegels, then I do a horse squeeze. I do a total of five horse squeezes.
Next is the "short jelq" I tried to describe on the phone. Set up a uli squeeze as described above once again. Do the ease up/kegel/re-tighten move a couple times again, then with the tight grip at the base pull forward about 1/2" ish and hold that pulled forward squeeze for about 20 seconds. If youre doing it right...in other words, you have enough engorgement going on, you should not be able to pull your grip much farther forward than that 1/2" or so. If there's not enough engorgement, either re-stimulate your erection or perform the ease up/kegel/re-tighten move. I do a total of 5 of these. Then, I start over with 5 more of the max engored uli squeezes.
So, It looks like this:
1) 5 max engorged Uli squeezes (20 Seconds each)
2) 5 max engorged Horse Squeezes (20 Seconds each)
3) 5 max engorged Short jelqs (20 Seconds each)
Start over with 5 max engorged Uli squeezes, repeating exercises one through three, repeating this rotation of exercises, and workout for as long of a total time as your schedule allows.
