Good post. This really works! I tried to find this type of workout here because I was already doing this. I use this routine on days I can't clamp, in the shower works for me or in the bathroom. I have even done this before clamping with good results but best yet is to do it before sex for a good surprise pump!
 
This looks like a great girth workout that I am going to try. I'm currently in my sixth month of exercising. Once I complete 6 months of work, I think I'll give this a try.

My routine now is jai stretch about 2 for 20 sec flaccid bends in every direction twice 15 min jelqing ulis i don't cout and a few horse squeezes. Do you think going down to something like this would be to light to turn to. I've been Penis Enlargement for over a year but took about a 6 month break (unwanted).

Probably not. Are you trying to actually gain? Isn't ''JAI'' when you just barely pull on your penis? Flaccid bends? What are those supposed to do? Is this Thundersplace stuff?

JAI stretches were created to try to combat DLD Blasters when I was screwed over by T's Place.
 
Jai strecthes you pull for 2 sec rest 2 sec and repeat each time with more force. flaccid bends you put between 2 to 4 fingers under towards the base and pull it in every direction while the penis is hard enough but still to bend so about a 5 it is good for girth it's kinda like the slow squash jelq. I got this from Penis Enlargement gym before it became a product site, it's how I found out about MOS.
 
Couldn't come at a better time. Just when I'm coming back into this. Those were the good old days. Back when I didn't have a computer of my own so I had to print any articles I found interesting but didn't have time or privacy to read.

I remember either you or another member gaining quite a bit of length doing nothing but a girth routine. I'm 1/4 an inch from my ultimate length goal and 1/2 an inch from my girth goal. But the more I think about the more I think I'll keep pushing for. Or at least keep a maintenance routine for penile health. I've taken quite a bit of a break and during that time I can tell a HUGE difference in my desire, stamina, sensitivity and anything else that made sex incredible. I'll have to look up horse squeezes b/c I never really did them and forgot what they are.
 
Some good stuff in the archives of MOS! Remember, when MOS started there was not a lot of Penis Enlargement exercises, much of todays modern exercise came from the humble beginnings of MOS. When anyone has free time it is worth reading some of the threads from the first few months of MOS...it was a breading ground for Penis Enlargement advancement.
 
I haven't deviated from the basic squeezes and jelqs in the last year and my size has consistently increased. With this sort of routine there is very little need to go "all out" on the intensity of the squeeze, but it is a cumulative effect over the course of several weeks. Consistency is the key, and with me length has been and still is the goal, but using simple squeeze routines I've increased my girth slightly while continuing to add length consistently. Finally closing in on 8" NBPenis EnlargementL, and sitting at almost 5.75" in EG up and down the entire shaft, with the exception of about .25" difference at the base.

Ok, I really like doing uli's and horse squeezes and prefer it over jelqing.

I'm going to be starting this once I finish up 6 months of Penis Enlargementing (which is in about a week, starting in novemeber).

Is this the entire girth routine? Is there more that should be done, like some jelqing too? How often should I do this routine? Daily? 4-times a week?

Longstretch, I'm going just fine. I've had fantastic success backing off the intensity and focusing on total number of quality reps in a session. With length goals being my focus I usually only get a 7-10 girth focused "training window" and it works really well. I just have to be careful not to go too far, because there are so many women on campus that I have to be ready to throw down when necessary. I had a girl come over at 3:30 in the morning and we didn't get any sleep, so it is important to balance out the need to grow and the need to please.
